I tried and it was really hard outside.. I had to add extra semolina and wheat flour to get softness.. I took exact measurements of ingredients and this same thing happened when I tried your neyyappam recipe.. Don't know something wrong with the ingredients I used since everyone except me commenting they got perfect unniyappam..
