Excellent interview. I knew this minister personally when he was the Consul General of Jeddah and I was appointed by him as a teacher in SLISJ which was inaugurated by him. Then I appreciated and admired Mr Ali Sabri who was young and energetic as a patron his excellent service to the school. I told my colleagues then we need leaders like Mr Ali Sabri in our parliament who is knowledgeable, qualified and smart personality who has the ability of speaking to express voice for justice of all people. That was also my thinking he was fit to be our foreign minister. I was surprised when my thoughts became true. However it was a disappointment when Covid Muslim deaths as well as negative government issues took place and lot of criticisms prevailed. After listening to this interview I can assume this Minister is doing an excellent job or rather service for my understanding to the best of his ability and the problem is people are not aware of it. So we need lot of open interviews like this. We need knowledgeable truthful straightforward people in our parliament than people who look to fill their own pockets. May Allah guide him to do a good service to the people of Sri Lanka. When we have positive people to represent us in the world we are proud to be SriLankans.
