Very sad news of Christy's passing,I haven't heard this song for a long time and I forgot how really good it is,and Christy wrote this gem himself and the lyrics,shame this man and his band never got the international recognition they deserved,rest in peace Christy.
Sorry, not to detract from your sentiments, but this song was written by Don Mescall, who also wrote "Catch Your Fall" for Christy and most of the songs on Chrisy's solo album. Rest easy Christy indeed.
Yeah I subsequently learned that Christy didn't write this but he certainly made it his own.

The more I listen to Aslan, the more I think they are/ were, one of the greatest bands ever. I only discovered them recently unfortunately. Haven’t stopped listening since. The more I hear, the better it is. Thank you Christy and Ireland for your music.
