My issue is that I set up 2 step verification and I put a phone number but know I don’t have access to they number
Nothing ever helps. I have tried every RUclips video. Every Google search. Nothing ever fixes the issue. I’ve even had to send my console to the repair factory officially by Sony and still nothing. I can never stream on Twitch because it always gives me some stupid “curl error” or other excuse as to why I can’t stream. I give up.

Just got a PS5 like 1 hour ago and I can’t sign in. I’ve reset my password about 5 times. Turned off PS5 and reset router and nothing. I went on my phone to the psn website and logged in with the same account and I got access to my account but when I go back to my ps5 to put the same email and password it doesn’t sign in wtf
Edit: just got it to work. How I did it was i got the PlayStation app on my phone and I signed in there. Then I went to account settings on the ps5 and after that on the phone psn app I went to link a console. Choose what ps4, ps5, ps vita then it says snap QR code and I did and it worked

Have you fixed that? You need to change the channel frequencies in your wifi router, enter the wifi 5g settings, then change the used channels to something between 50 and 70 and it should work, if its a 2.4 g network this will not work for you since rhe fix is only for 5g networks
