Could there have been a typo in the email address you entered? If it was incorrect, you can register again using the correct email. If it was correct, there might be an issue at Sony with lots of people trying to verify their new consoles. You can try again in a few days.
See if you can resend the email and quickly use the link / button before it expires. If it still doesn't work, might be a good idea to contact PlayStation Support. Sounds like an issue with their website.
I used a hotmail emai, a iCloud email, a yahoo email and a gmail e mail but it won’t work due to the fact being it won’t send a message on any devices with the email

If the verify button is not working on your phone, then it has to be on a laptop/computer.

Each email must be different for each account. You can try resending the verification email and also check the Junk / spam folder.
