You may not have a clear ear, but if you hear the acapella version you will identify that it is Harry singing, especially "tight". That is not the color of Darren's voice, his voice is much more "full" than Harry.

In the studio version it is only Kurt who sings that part, but in the episode version it is edited for Blaine to sing with him, the acapella version is the episode version.

For the episode “come on/hold tight” is Blaine. For the recording on the sound track (which is what is used in the video), it’s Mike.
