I find this so reassuring when you said that it doesn't come through until 75% into the process... This is super helpful as I am starting on my drawing journey!
What I always enjoy about your drawings is that they look so relaxed and not stiff plus your colors are always so clear and never muddy looking. Thanks for sharing your techniques. Ps, your new watercolor brushes look amazing and I have been a big fan of your previous brushes.❤
Thank you for your encouraging words at the end. How did you know? I’m learning Procreate, love working with your brushes but get so discouraged midway through. Trust the process!!! Wise words. ❤
I love how confidently you rotate, move, skew, and distort your illustrations, we lose quality (blurry) each time we do that, right? My illustration style is more flat and prefer rough edge, so I feel frustated when that happened even when I illustrate in large canvas.
If you change your interpolation settings in Procreate(found in the selection tool toolbar) that might help your issue. Also recommend doing your rotating, skewing etc. on your rough sketch, so then you will be less likely to need to do this in your final artwork layer. Hope this helps!
This video is fast..I want to see how your scaling down and repeating the pattern. If you could just show a video on small segments I know I would appreciate it..thank u for your vids ❤🎉
You’re my favorite procreate teacher. Thank you, Calvin. ❤️

Does the warp and distort not pixelate the image?
It will
