- In this episode, I had the opportunity to head to Oakland, California to attend the Inaugural Pacific Bonsai Expo 2022 on November 12, 2022. It was on Veterans' Weekend and it was a chance to escape Southern California and enjoy San Francisco and Oakland for a fun filled of bonsai and site seeing. If you still have time to view it live tomorrow as it conclude tomorrow around 4pm so if you are in the area its an awesome show to visit. Thank you Eric and Jonas in putting forward the effort for gathering some of the premier trees on this coast of our great country. I'm a board member of the East Bay Bonsai Society here in Oakland and know by face most of the Bay Area bonsai hobbyists. But interestingly the majority of the people in your video I don't recognize. Except for you, Jonas, Eric, Bob, the vendors and other bonsai artists. Looks like a lot of people at the show just taking in the art of bonsai. Thanks for sharing.

@@BaikoenBonsai Tom, I referring to the attendees walking around. I didn't recognize most of them which tells me a lot of the people who came were either outside the Bay Area, new to bonsai or interested in the art.
@@mhylton so interesting facts on the PBE website. They had some demographics map where people are coming in from that purchased the tickets. It was in three good waves. West coast, East coast and some down the Mid East states. Good representation
