Congratulations! It was great to meet you at the US National Exhibition. The US bonsai community is going to greatly miss you. I wish you all the best as you make this transition back to Japan and set up a new nursery. God bless you and your family.
Thank you Bjorn - it was great to met you and fantastic that you would take time to chat and spend time with us. Hope to see you again in the future
It was wonderful to meet you in Rochester Bjorn. All the best to your family and business in your transition!
Congratulations, Bjorn! Bittersweet indeed....
Congratulations all the way around. The win, the move, building a new nursery.
At 7:12, that's a member Keith from my club Deep Cut Bonsai Society, helping Bjorn unload his truck. What's he doing with the 2 paper plates, fanning himself, swatting flies, directing traffic? . He came up with the idea to use them as markers what trees needed to be photographed yet. looks like a good time. To bad our club has bonsai day at our local park the same Sunday every year. Steve.
Looking forward to seeing the Eisei-en Kyoto Chapter begin!
😢 I'm not crying, someone left these onions around.
I know goodbye aren't forever but until then know that home is whatever you make it.
It's great your going back as it's a way of life for you. From what I've found it not that busy in the UK and probably not that busy in the USA. I hope you have a great life there you deserve it .keep up the good work you do for all bonsai noobs peace out
❤ I trust we will see what goes on in Japan and the continuation of our journey through your eyes. I can't without contimplation express the joy, amazement, and an ethereal feeling Bonsai impart to me. Their visions will always remind me of a long lost, but never forgotten best friend and our love ❤️ of Bonsai's and a friend who saved my life...with a day visiting his friends Bonsai Nursery's along with local Bonsai nursey's. The day was not unlike the attention, care, contemplation, and touch involved in pruning, shaping, and refining one does in the physical expression of Bonsais nature. And I wait with much anticipation to seeing your next step in your journey from the Land of the Rising Sun.
Congratulations for winning the top award. Wishing you the best for the future in Japan. KUP.
Love to see new videos! Thank you for your work and keep it up!
Beautiful trees! Congratulations!
So excited to see your continued work, and your new nursery/studio in Japan. Congratulations on the win at the show!🎉 Please continue posting while you are here so we can continue to follow your progress and move.❤❤❤
CONGRATS! Just the beginning......BONSAI DANIEL SAN!
So bittersweet knowing you'll be leaving the US. In my opinion you're the best we have.
Best wishes as you start a new life and adventure. You'll do great!
Wonderful to see your bonsai trees and wishing you all the best
Congratulations for winning the award and so deservingly at that as work is one of the best in the world in my opinion cheers
Congratulations! Your passion with bonsai deserves great rewards
You authored some wonderful trees at the National. We will miss you.
In 2017 my wife and I made a trip to omiya Jp to the international bonsai museum. Excellent bonsai there. What stunned me was a trip to Okinawa. There is a private collection we viewed and there were bonsai by the hundreds. There are no barriers to see them….so you can get within inches and touch and take photos. I’ll never forget it…..Bjorn if your interested I’ll give you more details about th collection if you ever plan on visiting Okinawa.

Congratulations. Thanks for your sharing, verry instresting.
It was something that everyone could see coming! You definitely have impacted the path of Bonsai in the US, but also in Europe! Hope that your move to Japan won't deprive us from getting to learn from you and follow your steps. Perhaps this will be an opportunity to travel to other countries and pass your knowledge to us. Enjoy you well deserved prize!!
Siply amazing!
Love these trees. Amazing.
Congratulations! Nice to meet you in person, instead of online on Bonsai U. Did you find that thin silver wire I mentioned? In the video I saw a paper tag on the Chinese Quince. It was probably left over when the tag was removed. :D
Great work, as always, Bjorn! I was shocked to hear of your move back to Japan from nearby Tennessee, but fully understand your decision and the pursuit of your passion. You are a monster of accomplishment already in your young career and I consider you my mentor along with Bill Valavanis. All the best from Wake Forest NC, Dan Wopperer, MD
Damn am I am going to miss Eisei-en being in the southeast US.
congratulations friend
I'm learning bonsai from your channel
I feel sad that you had to sell the JM clump - I have put one together with your guidance (via RUclips of course!) and am really enjoying its progress. As a novice in Australia, I doubt I will see it in person, but maybe you will come out to my club again one day!!
terimakasih sudah berbagi video yang menakjubkan dari anda...... ❤❤❤
Congratulations brother on a very deserving win.
Congratulations for this success. Yet another signal to challenge yourself in Japan exhibitions.
What are you doing with the nursery?
You’ll be greatly missed. Hope you ship some of your trees back to Japan

Nice, is that Kodak 2383 D55 look?
Hello Bjorn.
It's a shame that you are closing. I was going to be in Nashville in the Spring and would have loved to pay you a visit.
not an ending, merely new beginning ... our champion heading back into the arena, VICTORY IS LIFE ... haha good luck sir
What do you use to fertilize ?
With my plants I use liquid form nitrogen, pot-silicate, Alaskan fertilizer (fish poop). My plants are so healthy. Creates growth much faster.
You know what, we should do West then East then every 5 year Whole USA . that would be fire!
Best of luck with the move 😅
I am so sorry to hear you sold that clump maple. You had it so long. I really thought you would of given it to your father to look after again.
Thanks for sharing the video Bjorn. Can I ask what your helpers are wiping on the pot at 4:07 please?
Usually baby oil or olive oil. I think u can use camelia oil also. Its to shine the pot up for a show. It helps to clean ur pots also
Thanks for the help Chris.
👍
👍👌🙂
Ôk đẹp mắt
so your going to hire me to come work in Japan..okay.if your going to force me :)
Funny when you said when we’re moving back to Japan. Sounds like you’re going back home where your roots are. Yet your name and looks suggest you’re Scandinavian but you call Japan home. Deep down it says a lot. Good luck with going back home and starting over. You’re an amazing guy with exceptional skills. No doubt you’ll make it!
What happens to all your trees when you move to Japan? Do they go with you?
In The Us, do you know David Nguy?
Thor ❤

You sold your maple clump??? Didn´t you once say you would never ever sell it?

Bjorn must of been sad for you to let your bonsai go after all these years 😢
