Lady Luck is actually overkill. You get one instance of Lucky Jockey from your folio so the two from red megaphone means he gets +300 when riding the moogle, on his 205 that he has from one Luck Up mastered means 500 luck, 100% crit rate. Though helping your team crit is nice to do anyway

Nice find. Cait is initially hard to combat with but this but his boost and luck is kinda insane.
