Idris Elba is just amazing in this role. I wouldn’t have anyone else play Knuckles because Idris’ portrayal is iconic. I love how they reference his iconic line that made everyone go insane online when the first look of Knuckles came out in the trailer for Sonic 2 when he said “do I look like I need your power”.
0:42 sorry for the spoilers but it was actually announced that Jim is in fact returning for Sonic 3 & has been on set. IGN were very quick to report it the other day when the Sonic 3 announcement came out.

I knew they were coming out with a Knuckles tv show, but I heard about it when the announcement for Sonic Prime season 3 release date on Netflix came out, so I assumed it was another Netflix show

Also, aside from "course we need his power", I absolutely loved this trailer and im excited to see this show. And happy for my singer Kid Cudi being in this, especially since he did the song in Sonic 2's credits

Yea I'm excited for sonic the hedgehog 3. More than ever since Jim Carrey got announced to be back as eggman. A teaser for sonic 3 came out but it was just the title reveal and a laugh at the end and december 2024 release date. But knuckles the series got announced sometime ago. Fans have been waiting for this trailer and it looks like the movies. It looks fantastic and funny. Can't wait for the series on April 26. So cool that the series takes place after sonic 2 and before sonic 3 which makes since.
