  • It's February 9, 1999. Hae has been missing for three weeks. A man on his lunch break pulls off a road to pee, and stumbles on her body in a city forest. His odd recounting of the discovery makes Detectives Ritz and MacGillivary suspicious. For instance, why did he walk so far into the woods - 127 feet - to relieve himself? And that's just the start. A look into the man's past reveals some bizarre behavior.

    I think maybe he discovered the body at an earlier time while possibly doing illegal stuff, being high or whatever so that he couldn't call the cops. Then he came back there, because his footsteps were on the scene and because he wanted to report the body. He did some shady stuff before so this doesn't seem too far fetched to me.

    got somehow in contact with Jay, ending up
    planning to murder Hae Min and blaming it on
    Adan as a punishment? The dna found on the
    wheel in Haes car, could be Stephanies, who parked it there, so the story would make sense?

    Now, I'm not saying this to defend Mr. S, but as a man who pees in places like Mr. S all the time because I work in rural areas with next to no civilization for miles, I take great care to scan small areas with my eyes to make sure some spider or snake or what have you doesnt jump out and nibble on my member once I start letting the stream fly. The chances of this happening are nil, but the fear of it happening is very intense even though I do this probably 5-10 times a week.
    I am almost certain if I was within 10 steps of a needle when I'm about to pee I would be able to spot it, a body would be easy mode.

    Mr. S was looking for a package aka some dank or some snow. He stumbled on the body. He thought this would give him points for removing him from suspicion from his other activities because he would be looked at a as a hero. And or the killer got to cocky thinking he got away and god can make an impossible situation possible like having a random person like mr.s stumble upon a body while actually trying to urinate. Seems illogical but possible. Just heard the indecent exposure chargers and that could explain why he went so far or planning to go farther so he would not get a second offense on the same charge which comes with a harsher sentence than the first. Peeing anywhere outside not in a bathroom is publicly indecency. Behind target or in the woods, same thing.

      @notsocooldude7720 4 года назад +3

      Sarshar sajid There’s almost no chance that Mr S did it. In that case how would Jay know anything about the location of Hae’s body or her car? And why would he try to implicate himself AND adnan in the crime? It’s almost certainly Adnan or Jay and the motive for Jay is so weak that it’s reasonable to lean towards adnan

    • @hopegenius3873
      @hopegenius3873 4 года назад

      @@notsocooldude7720 I don't think Mr. S did it either. My mind was mostly going towards that he probably saw the murderer burying the body when he was trying to use the bathroom and ended up running away. This could probably indicate why he said he ended up not using the bathroom and waiting or he probably was doing some sketchy stuff. He probably said this story to the cops because he didn't want to get charged for something. For Adnan and Jay. I'm kind of more interested in knowing Jay's relationship with everyone. Not just "oh they we're friends" like what kind of friendship was it? We're there ever anything between Jay and Hae Lee? What I have heard about the story so far, I'm kind of low on thinking Adnan did it. The motive from the case isn't that great, especially by the way his other friends (other than Jay) describe the way Adnan reacts towards things. Like, he was making fun of what happened at the dance and all his friends said he was just sad and moved on real quickly. I don't think he had hate for Don since they both meet each other when Hae Lee's car broke down and had a conversation. I also would assume that Don didn't have anything against Adnan since he litterly let his girlfriend ride with her ex. Adnan said that he doesn't really remember what happened that day but once Asia said that she saw him that day. He remembered seeing her, which would back up Asia's story about seeing him during the time Hae Lee was suppose to be dead. But since Asia took back her statement they obviously can't really use it. But the fact that she mentioned it means there had to be some truth in it. Asia was described as being "proper" and wouldn't get involve in things just because she wanted to. She probably took back her statement becuase she didn't want to be apart of it anyone or maybe deep in her mind she believes that the real killer is out there. I'm pretty sure the host mentioned something about her being scared of a killer coming to her door during their interview. I haven't gotten much about Jay's story other than that he brought up Adnan being the killer. That's basically what I got from these past episodes.

    • @notsocooldude7720
      @notsocooldude7720 4 года назад +2

      hope genius The problem with the Asia thing is that classmates at school remember Asia saying that she believed so much that adnan was innocent that she would make up a lie to prove his innocence. Also it’s just so awfully convenient that adnan remembers nothing from that day considering the following: he let jay borrow his car AND his brand new cell phone for the whole day, he was called by the police as to what happened to his ex, and it was the last day before they were snowed in for a few days. Not to mention the fact that adnan admitted originally to asking Hae for a ride but then later denied it completely. Not saying that he’s definitely guilty but he should also definitely be a primary suspect. Obviously they didn’t really have enough proof to convict him but his only real defense is that he doesn’t remember anything from that day which seems fishy because of what I mentioned above

    • @hopegenius3873
      @hopegenius3873 4 года назад +1

      @@notsocooldude7720 I would definally agree that Adnan should be a primary suspect and that some stuff is fishy. I haven't ever heard about Asia saying that she would lie for him yet, I'll maybe find it later and I won't deny that, that could have happened with Asia. But I would find it hard to believe for a teenager or really anyone to back a couple weeks and say specifically what they did that day. I would also wouldn't say he's 100% guilty or innocent and his main defense IS that he doesn't remember about that day but the other sides only main defense is that Jay said he killed Hae Lee, there wasn't even any real evidence to pin point Adnan at the crime scene/killing her. I'm still as the beginning of the case so I can't really say much😅 but if you want to add anything I haven't heard yet. You can comment back.

    127 ft isn’t as long as it sounds. It’s a little more than 30 yards on a football field. Less than the length of a high school gym basketball court. The length of the parking lot in the center of Leakin Park is larger than that. It’s about the distance from the nearest parking spot to the first bridge maybe, because the parking lot sits next to a run (kinda like a small river).

      @maxi0613 4 года назад +4

      because there's literally no proof of him doing it other than what Jay stated and the motive is way too weak and it seems Adnans lawyer had screwed up big time by not contacting Asia or watched the security tapes to check out Asia's story Just too many loopholes Maybe Adnan did kill her maybe not but there's still no strong evidence against him

    There's just so many weird things about this case, that seem overlooked and noone is discusing . 1) (bit off topic) Noone has heard from Hae since 2 days and they're all having a gala dancing birthday party and looking ecstatic in pictures ?? Maybe understood for others but even adnan debbie etc looking happy and cheerful??? Wow some "friends"! 2) What about the duration between her disapperance and her body? It was a long time, 2 weeks. Noone is talking about it, but It would be interesting to know if Adnan expressed interest to anyone for helping find her or seemed worried and was making physical efforts to find out her whereabouts.That would be strong circumstansial evidence , since all those things would be expected from someone who loved her so much and was in a loving relatoinship just few weeks ago. 3) Why everyone is only focused on the 20 mins time-frame the murder happened. What about his whereabouts when Jay said they were out at Best buy or spending hours trying to get rid of evidence and burying the body. Does Adnan's family say he was home till late that night or was gone for several hours late? If he doesnt remember where he was at very late hours of the night , and his family says he was out a lot the whole evening, isnt that strong circumstantial evidence? Does anyone know about such information? 4) Imagine you love someone with all your heart for a long time, few weeks aftera breakup they end up murdered,you dont know who murdered her, wouldnt you go insane with rage and not rest and just think and talk about trying to find out the person who did that horrible murder of your loved one?? 5) Similar to point 4, imagine you lose everything and the world labels you murderer and you have to spend 30 years in jail when you are innocent,ONLY because ONE person said you did all that and was just lying about everything. Would'nt you have unspeakable resentment and hate towards that person to the point of wishing you could beat the living shit out of them? Now listen to adnan's audios, does he sound like that when Jay name comes up? Or even if the name doesnt come up, i would still keep telling the world that Jay is a horrible person every time i get an opportunity to speak.

    If Jay had the vehicle, he probably told Adnan to ask for the ride because he did forget the gift for Stephanie but suggested he should say his car was in the shop to save cover for Jay.. Adnan doesn’t pay attention to detail & seems generous as though it would not have bothered him if Jay needed the car for more time.
