My nemesis is the blue Little Mermaid lamp. I’m actually surprised when I don’t see it in my store! 😂 This is so beautiful and incredibly inspiring 😍. I love how you make the paths and the houses look so organic and cozy. What is your builders wishlist for future updates? I really hope they add the ability to place objects and paths on an angle, layer/overlap objects, place multiple objects instead of one by one and add grass textured paths. Again, thank you so much for sharing your gift for design 😊
oh my gosh i could add so much to that wishlist, i would love to see maybe some more citycore like options, for sure!!! i agree with everything you mentioned too! maybe a custom design outlet like acnh has? and TOO FUNNY your nemesis is a lamp too LOL
I’d love to see how you decorate your beach! I just did a build for Moana on the grass patch next to the cave but the beach is so bare. Your work is stunning!
It looks so good. I'm still at trying to build friendships and I unlocked one door inside the castle for Ratatouille. Trying to advance to open Dazzle beach. I thought I had ingredients a couple of times for a specific dish but it wasn't but good news is, I did unlock a recipe. lol.
this game has taken over my life when i go to play something in the evenings its this lol ! but i do need to try to play other games i got some games for halloween !!
Really cool! I just got the game myself, so I'm not quite ready to do this level of customizing yet. I had no idea you can move homes to other biomes though lol
@@horriblegamingofficial It definitely is overwhelming haha, but I'm excited to figure out what's going on. The quests definitely help with the pace. I'm selfishly hoping they add some sort of optional lite combat in the future lol. I find the mining and fishing fun though
So item limit. That 600 is unique items apparently. If you place down two identical chairs for example, it'll only go up one. However there is a secret 3,000 item limit. That includes EVERYTHING. Including trees/rocks/brush. I hit that 3,000 limit trying to follow your part one of this build. Those rocks look great along the path but they quickly eat into your item limit. You're going to run into issues down the line decorating other biomes. I've had to delete a lot of work because of this stupid item limit. And it's only there because of Switch users lol. PC users can handle more then 3,000 items.

I know they're increasing the item limit in the next couple updates so i'm not too stressed about the limit ! but it did confuse me how some bushes count/ didn't count oddly enough my rock border which is using ONLY native rocks per biome. only went up by a SMALL amount, its the bushes i noticed is an issue for me personally, but that's okay to me lol since i wanted certain biomes to focus on the border like the forest. it seems so odd how the decorating mechanic works in the game, so different from acnh which i'm used too. i'm on pc! , i heard decorating on switch is a nightmare. I want most of my decor to be focused ONLY in plaza, meadow, and the forest, so i'm totally not too stressed about the limit for those reasons, a lot of other biomes will strictly be for farming and a tree dump for resources until more updates increase the amounts we can place plus i just don't know what my plan is besides decorating my 3 fav biomes the game offers.
i use flowers from other biomes when i do builds like this. so if you were to use flowers native to the forest, yes spawn rates can happen with that. wood actually spawns differently per biome. several biomes produce hardwood, so im using one biome to focus on wood farming only. hope that helps! only certain areas on my map will be decorated until the decor limit is increased
so I was working on decorating, moved Goofy's house into place, and went to back out of the design app and the game froze on the load wheel for like 10 minutes. I shut the game down and reloaded and amazingly all my progress was still saved but now Goofy's house is just... gone. like, no where to be found, not in my inventory, just gone. 😭 I dont want to restart 😭 I've put so many hours into this game already 😐

take your time and enjoy the game! decorating in DDV is a slow process and can be overwhelming lol, yesss moving buildings is SO nice!!

What about wood and flower spawning? I was just curious how those mechanics are effected.
