Ooo! I was looking for some ideas to eventually do in my plaza and this might be perfect to build off of. I could see peaceful meadow being a kind of marketplace/park area since it leads to practically every other biome you could make stalls advertising the other areas

Oh i like this idea. I might try to do something like you did with the Scrooge shop/Daisy shop for my town
I had used that big cart that looks like some pin kiosk wagon next to Scrooge's (along the side) and that created a small market area. It reminded me of those tiny spots in the Disney parks. Add a tree and some bushes n flowers to soften it a bit and then a bench, viola. Tiny rest space.
Yesss i considered this item too! I think it could work well for a shopping spot 🤔💗 tyyy! I like that this is functional still too. I will try it!

This is stunning - my biggest regret is getting this on the switch and not on PC 😭 building on the switch is torture. Attempted to use this as inspo but am unable the hit boxes around the trees are glitched so I can’t path around them or put bushes close 🙃🙃🙃
Certain trees can only place path under them. Im using tall maple. Its the only one that has worked. I own it on pc and switch and its worked for both! 😁 bushes should be placed fine on the path🤔 not sure why its not working for you😭😭

i'm honestly so annoyed that they're separate paths for the borders. like, i get it, but i wish they could be added to existing paths. like why match them to the existing paths if they don't work with them? i did so much work to make all of the pathing in my valley and it'll be wasted if i replace it.

I love the way you designed your plaza! I’m having trouble decorating. It’s just really difficult and not as seamless as it looks for you. Any tips on how to make designing easier? It’s taking so long to delete/add a pathway where I want. I assumed the design aspect would be similar to animal crossing but I’m finding it more difficult than I anticipated. I’m fairly new to the game so any tips would be greatly appreciated (platform I use to play is the switch).
Oh thank you! are you on PC or switch? im on the PC and decorating is so easy for me!! you can hold down and delete paths in one click on any platform too
On the switch doing paths are extremely frustrating, the control is so janky… trying to grab the arrow takes like 30 tries 🤦🏼♀️ At least removing it is easy. Wish there was a “fill in” option though.

How did you get the paths with borders to work properly and not look glitched?? No matter what I try they won’t work for me. 😢
dont be fooled, so much trial, they are glitched
@@horriblegamingofficial I finally was able to get them to work and look correctly, took a lot of tries and trial and error. But now I realize the sound is off…they all sound like you are walking on grass or sand and doesn’t have the click and clunks they should when walking on stone and brick. 😭 I hope they fix them so it’s easier to place them and make them look normal easier and I hope they fix the sounds because I love the sound when walking on the bricks and stone.

What plant did you use that looks like tall grass???? Some that look similar to what you used can only go in the water.

These border paths are not user friendly. I don't have the patience, hopefully they fix it in the next update

I play on switch and found the new paths unbearable!! The borders don't actually rotate no matter what I pressed so they all placed awfully and the wrong way round. I wasted so much resources on them and can't use them😢
Glad to know I'm not the only one. I was looking so forward to using the paths, but... They don't work. Of course.... Well, guess I'm not changing anything still, until this gets patched.

So what do you do about supplies, if they can’t spawn.. are you moving the items to another area?
In my video and official tour you can see I left many areas for stuff to spawn, its a functional plaza. this is part 1 of the video. I recommend watching the other videos with this one :)
Does anyone know what that bush design is called in the center of the plaza and where i can get it?
its from scrooges at the top level of the store randomly, dont know the exact item name but I know its from beauty and the beast collection
