Hi. I’m a new subscriber and I was on the Vlogger’s Cruise. Great summary on the good and not so good. One thing I would add in the not so good is the frequent time zone changes. I think we changed 5 times. It was confusing. The ship should have stayed on New Orleans time the entire week. I know you didn’t go to Paradise Beach Club on Cozumel, but that was a lot of fun. I would go back to Paradise Beach again if we were going to Cozumel. Looking forward to your next Vlogs. Next cruise for me will be May 2024. NYC to Bermuda on NCL Joy.
Thank you so much for subscribing! I would have to agree with you on the frequent time changes. It was, indeed confusing! We really wish we had gone to Paradise Beach. It looks like you all had a blast. Thanks for watching!
Yayy! Love you guys! Great video! Congrats on 500! I had such a blast this cruise and look forward to more collaborations in the future! Wish we were going with y'all on the Celebrity! But can't wait to see that series! 👏👏👏
The feeling is mutual, Rob! I’m willing to bet we will all be on a cruise together before this time next year. Thank you for the kind words and for watching!
Thanks for the review! We are booked on the Breakaway this September. It's been many years since I've sailed with Norwegian, so this gives me a great idea of what to expect.
I’m glad this was helpful! Hopefully by the time your cruise rolls around they will have tweaked the “shady” practices lol. Thank you so much for watching!
Hey there! Great video! Agree with soo much of what you said. We didn’t have any issues with debarkation, we were taking the excursion so we met in the theater and were walked off, but I heard how some had to walk and walk and walk around the ship prior to getting off. Ughh! I was sitting next to you on the glass bottom boat, totally should have jumped in a cab with you guys to head back. Ironically we were put in cabs when it was time to go back. Looking forward to your next batch of cruise videos!
The troubles we had getting off the ship made me forget about the labyrinth we had to go through! You are totally right about that! What a super fun excursion that glass bottom boat was. Thank you so much for watching!!
My thoughts are very similar to yours. We never did get the water. We also had issue with the muster, which they've thankfully changed recently. We still had a great time. Loved Six!
Great video on the Breakaway. i have a question regarding dress code: how formal is the MDR and specialty restaurants. I think I saw people in shorts and golf shirts at both the MDR and Cagneys. Is this allowed, what do most people wear. Many thanks. John
Thank you! I wore shorts in the MDR several times on our Breakaway cruise and saw many others do the same (except formal night, of course). It seemed to close to 50% of people going casual vs. wearing pants and a dress shirt. Our experience with Norwegian has been a very relaxed dress code. Just no swimwear in the MDR lol. Thanks so much for watching!
The cruise we were on was the Vloggers Extravaganza cruise but there were lots of people onboard who were not Vloggers and the review is for everyone. Thanks for watching!
I have been on this ship . No indoor pool atrium is small and the food was horrible had to eat at the speciality restaurants. The steak house it very good. Royal or celebrity are a far better choices. I have been on over 40 cruises so far.
Yeah the layout of this ship is definitely not one of our favorites although it does have a lot of nice spots to enjoy. Sorry you had a bad experience with the food. We have been on several NCL cruises (4 different ships) and have always enjoyed the food in both the MDR and the buffet. The cruise you were on may have just been an anomaly. Thanks for watching!
We just got off the Breakaway on Tuesday after a 16 night transatlantic cruise. We didn’t buy any extra drink packages and loved the water and ice on boat. Our biggest frustration was lack of activities on our 6 sea days. (We had to miss Azores due to weather)
Wow, a 16 night Transatlantic sounds like a great cruise! That’s crazy that there was a lack of activities on sea days. I wonder if that’s due to cutbacks? We definitely had our own frustrations but overall it was a good cruise. Thanks so much for watching!
@@Pandbswideworldofports it was Rome to NYC. Lots of amazing ports and a lot of bang for the buck. We had a nice Club Balcony Suite on deck 13. Loved most of the food. Biggest food challenge was getting our toast at same time as our meal at breakfast. But ship was almost at capacity and most activities were in Atrium. We had a few nasty weather days so hanging out up top wasn’t an option. So we balanced our time between eating and napping and watching same movies on tv waiting to eat again

Very informative. We are going on the same ship on January 28th. You video helped us prepare. Thanks
Thank you!! The Breakaway is a beautiful ship. Hope you have an amazing cruise! Thanks so much for watching!

Yeah it was good to hear they went back to the e-muster. That’s a bummer that they never gave you your water! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! The vlogger cruise was so amazing! I had the best time ❤
We did too! What an experience. Thanks so much for watching!

Wish I knew this was a review for bloggers not the average person

I agree that disembarkation was ridiculous. I had a credit and had to wait in that crazy line.
I don’t understand why they chose to do that. There were so many angry people that just wanted off the ship. Thanks for watching!
Thanks
