Thank you for sharing this! This part of the country has always called to me, I love the whole concept of a East Coast harbor town! This type of excursion is on my bucket list for sure!!
Awesome vlog, awesome vacay! Yes, go back to NYC! I love NYC. it’s raw, it’s gritty, it’s authentic ITS AMAZING! Alexis this cruise looks incredible! Definitely something I would love to do. Never knew there was such a thing! Thank you for sharing this! 💜💜💜
Thank you for sharing your trip Alexis! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all your great video footage! Glad you checked off some of those bucket list items! Enjoy your weekend! :)
Soooo happy I found your video because, I'm on that itinerary next month, one exception, RI was cancelled but I will be doing the same excursions you did and I'm happy to have a view into that through your vlog. Wonderful vlog, thank you much.
Great video thanks! It looks like you missed the majority of fall colors, when was your cruise? If you have any recommendations of lobster eateries, would appreciate your suggestions! TIA
We did. It was a bummer. We went the first week of October. I can’t remember the name of the lobster place we ate at in bar harbor but it was right at the port and everybody kept saying it was the best one. Their lobster bisque was amazing too. If I can track down the name of the restaurant, I’ll reply back here!

Lots of lobster and seafood dishes in the Maritime provinces of Canada...a seafood lovers haven! The leaves change here starting in October usually, but the climate is warming so the birch and maple trees seem to be holding their leaf colours longer than they did in the past.
Thank you for the great video. We are going on NCL Breakaway on Sept 1st this year to all the same ports but Newport. Everything looks wonderful. Can you tell me what excursions you went on? I have to choose soon and wanted to know the names to the ones you went on to compare.
I hope you have the best time! I'm looking at the excursions under your cruise to try to refresh my memory on the exact names. Portland: The Best of Portland and Kennebunkport. Bar Harbor: Acadia National Park. Saint John: Saint John Highlights. Halifax: Peggy's Cove and Titanic Cemetary
@@AlexisSchlueter Thanks so much for the information. Do you remember if the Peggy's Cove and Titanic Cemetery was good? Did you have enough time in Peggy's Cove?
@@jackiejames-x5p I really enjoyed the excursion overall. Peggy's cove is an hour drive or so away so it was longer than expected to get there but it is absolutely beautiful and well worth the trip. You get an hour at peggy's cove with the excursion I went on. I loved that trip in general, my only complaint was that is was very crowded. I think that is to be expected though. Well worth it. There also is a museum in halifax there by the port that has Titantic artifacts and that was great too.
Hi Alexis, l live one hour away from Newport , what did you think about the prices and the way of living compared where you live, and l loved the video you did a wonderful job ,lam so glad you had a great time 😊
Thank you! It was a beautiful city. I didn’t purchase anything there so I’m unsure of a side by side price comparison, but I can tell you the houses and lifestyle are much nicer 😂❤
Well I can’t tell the leaves to change lol we went the first week of October which should be peaked. Had some fall foliage but it wasn’t peaked yet because of the weather. Still a great cruise

I agree! Same with me. Thank you for watching, Julie!
Gorgeous! I love New England especially in the fall 🍁❤️
Agreed! Thank you so much
Could the weather have been any more gorgeous!!!
It was perfect!!
Is the sea calm?
I live in Portland, Maine...we go to see the cruise ships docked there! TY for that shot of the marina from the boat! New England is just gorgeous 😎
Ahh I love that! It was an absolutely beautiful town

If you love Acadia Park, you would love visiting Fundy National Park in New Brunswick and the mountainous Cabot Trail in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
Sound amazing. I will look them up. Thank you for the recommendation!

Ahh that is awesome! I’m so glad it was helpful. You’re going to have the best time
Going on Sept 1st on the same cruise, also! Looking forward to it!
That's St John, NB... St John's with an "s" is in Newfoundland. A common mistake!
We are leaving October 2 nt week I'm hoping a lot of colors.

What hotel did you stay at in New York?
@@jamesnobriga9165 nothing fancy. It was just a few hours we were there but the comfort inn on west 48th street. Only a few miles from the ship
I viewed it no fall foliage what happened disappointed.
