So true! This version was used in season 4 where Ally is the one releasing music since Austin was blacklisted from the industry, so including Ally in the theme song falls in line with the story
Well, that happens in season 2 but the theme song doesn't change until season 4 so kinda, I guess, but also not really. Probably more that at the beginning of that season Ally is the only one who's an active musician, and she and Austin are a couple at that point and continue to be one for basically all of season 4.

I'm glad you don't consider So Random canon. I wouldn't either but if it was, this is how I would make sense of it. Sonny leaves the show to pursue a music career and go on a cross country tour. But Chad doesn't know this and is so desperate to win Sonny back that he begs Marshall to sign him on as a full time member to get closer to her. But finds out too late and has to do at least one season of the show. Man, I wish Sonny got a revival. Same with Brandy and Mr Whiskers, My Babysitter's a Vampire, Mighty Med and several other Disney XD shows
A lot of iconic songs! I agree I appreciate when a theme song is not only catchy with lyrics relevant to the show, but also is more than just a montage.
On a semi-related note, Lizzie McGuire and Lilo & Stitch the Series would’ve ranked higher for me.
There were actually quite a number of shows you went through quickly that I had never even heard of!
Also lmao how random that Totally Spies was a Disney Channel show in Singapore. It was a Cartoon Network show for me (though I believe it might have started on ABC Family, which is Disney owned).

bless you for appreciating the jonas theme song. most don’t remember the era but the theme song was a hit on radio disney🤣 literally. there two versions of it because one was for the show and the other was a build up for LVATT. PLUSSSS, theres a more rockish version for szn 2 you didnt rank

The themes for both Phil of the Future and Suite Life of Zack & Cody are both done by Loren Ellis and the Drew Davis Band. The “On Deck” theme was done by Steve Rushton, who had a cameo in the Hannah Montana movie, and has a couple songs on that soundtrack.

The phineas and ferb song is written by a super popular old 90s punk band named bowling for soup! They have another song called highschool never ends (some lyrics r ….. controversial now) but they’re a great band! If u like the intro check out their adult songs trust me.

Well I don't think much is missed since every Disney channel doesn't always have to same series. If I had to bring something up a few, where I'm from we also have Alex & Co and Penny on MARS (though those are not very long), Soy Luna and a few more. Besides It is not really a big deal.
Fun fact about Liv and Maddie I actually lived in the town where the show takes place. Stevens Point Wisconsin. Also my cousins brother in law did most of the voices on Kirby Buckets!

Aloha, E Komo Mai is one of the best lasting impression theme songs for me, it brings back so many memories!
Also Today Is Gonna Be a Great Day is actually a good song if you listen to it all the way through, and it’s so cool they got Bowling For Soup to do it.

The second Wizards of Waverly Place theme is a bit of a sore spot for me honestly. The lastest version got an extended version while the original theme didn't. (Unless I'm mistaken, I'd absolutely LOVE to be wrong about this). I could not replay the original enough. It was so good yet so short. The second theme song isn't bad by any means, the original theme is just so lively and I really wish it was longer.

No that's not always the case. For a Nickelodeon example, I can't stand Zoey 101 as a show but it has an incredible theme song, to the point where it can be enjoyed as a standalone song
