I actually had the opposite with Baylan and Marrock. After all the videos explaining the issues I wasn’t expecting much but I actually really like both of them now I have them.
As purely for release value this is absolutely the best year hascrap hascrap has ever accomplished. The new clone, the new R2 are phenomenal. This might mean it's the end of the world because these two are my definitive versions in this scale. Not a scam like the last out of scale R2 and clones with weird manufactured knees!😂❤
I guess you could say that my list of worst figures would consist of all the ones I didn't buy, but that's not really true, as there are many I would have loved to buy, but they are sort of gone now... and of course those figures are the ones that I could not wait out till they were cheaper, like so many other figures that seemingly were produced in abundance. Your video is spot on although I don't have any of them, but those figures I didn't want for almost the very same reasons as you say. And I've taught myself to get rid of FOMO - I don't need to buy all the figures. Food taste much better than plastic :)
My most disappointing characters are not specific characters, but: - all the figures that have joints that are far too loose from the very first pose or - the other way around - joints that are absolutely stuck. - all those figures that we will never see in Europe, either because there are no licenses, they are some kind of exclusive stuff or they simply didn't make it to Europe, for whatever reason. - all those figures that come from Asia, which sometimes cost more than twice as much here in Europe, if they are available at all, because of taxes, customs duties etc. - all those damned multi-packs where you almost never want all the figures, but usually only one and then have to pay unnecessary money for unnecessary characters. - all those figures that are stockpiled by the ton in Walmarts, Targets etc. in the USA for dumping prices, but are only available here in Europe (and probably in other countries too) at adventurous prices in the aftermarket.
I couldn't agree more. I understand it's all because of money, but I'd really love to see hasbro having one Black series line and get rid of carbonized, archive etc. Really, who wants to have 20 Vaders or Mandos on the shelf, we need one proper version.
I'd add to that list also Sabine's figure, because of the issues with loose helmet and eyes beining wrongly painted. It seems like Hasbro wanted to catch up with the Ahsoka show - they released the figures almost at the same time as the episodes were released. But, it turned out the figures were not ready. They were too fast, apparently some deadlines needed to be met. When they have time, they can do great figure, e. g. Malgus or Malak. That said, I can't think of an excuse for another bad Chewie or Grievous.
As European and without 10$ TBS, I couldn't agree more to this fixing shit. Hasbro fools us and the result is than they're making more money with collectors buying more figures to fix them, customising them by themselves, it's a laughable nonsense.

Great list! I just got notification from Hasbro Pulse that Shin and Baylon are shipping soon and I really don’t care... kinda sucks because I was looking forward to both of these figs
All of these figures show how out of touch hasbro really is. They have no clue what they are doing with black series. While there were some good figures last year, it seemed like hasbro had some real idiotic decisions and releases
Your being a bit of a negative Nancy BOOO lol there are only 3 disappointing figs this year maybe 4 or 5 but I don't count grievous because that is basically a repack & I am not interested in the hologram line, yep the red hk & merrok where disappointing because of the lack of paint but they were easy fixes with a black wash & a couple of sharpies, after I did that merrok is one of my fave figs now,i don't have baylon yet but from what I here the fig looks good just out of scale from which I hear there is an easy fix using reva thighs, we should not have to do that but it is what it is when a company rushes out figs to be out for the tv show, they dropped the ball there but all companies make mistakes sometimes we are only human right, as for morgan,magna guard ,rotj vader they are great figs ,but finding 10 disappointing figs REALLY come on man lol i dont agree with you there, that is being very knit picky & a bit negative,ok vid, have a great new year
