Barry, the old Shack in the Back was the other way down across from the Dairy Queen, next to the new gas station. They enlarged the gas station, and that's where the old place was. You had to go around, the round about, half way to get there. The new place is nice, but I loved the old cabin.

We’ve been going to Shack in the Back for nearly 20 years. The smoked chicken wings are my favorite. They’re tossed in their homemade Sweet Sop sauce. I like to dip them in White Lightnin’, too.
I thought ALL the food looked delicious but I never heard of turkey ribs. They were so meaty and many options of sauces. I DID SUBSCRIBED to Ryan’s Channel. I must tell you that there’s not much if any Barbecue near my area. I think it’s a shame! Because I am not a connoisseur of Barbecue ( smoked) and did not know about the pink smoke look. I ordered a half of smoked chicken and I saw that “Pink “ meat and thought it was raw. I went back in line ( food truck) and said I couldn’t eat it being uncooked. I was told that it’s supposed to taste and look like that so I didn’t get another chicken half. I dumped the plate into the garbage can and went to Popeye’s ! So I truly know nuttin about smoked meat except homemade kolbassi! 😂 Go Red Gold proud ❤😊!
Now my Dad took me to Watch The Shining when I was 7 years old. That Omen commercial kind of triggered me... Now do a Triple Snapping Turtle with that side Movement...

Went there a couple years ago soon after the new place opened. Will never go again. We had frequented the old place a few times and it was always very good. Our experience at the newer place was absolutely one if the worst BBQ dining experiences we've ever had. Meat was horribly dry and the portions were that of a child's platter.
Forgot to add. They had a C rating that was not visible when we walked in....otherwise we would have turned around. Anyhow thanks for your reviews . Because of your channel I will be trying some of the restaurants out in the state that I wasn't aware of.

If someone was dumb enough to give him a shiner can you imagine what the other guy looked like! No shiner if you understand the lighting and the angle of his cap!!
