Thank you for this video. There’s not much resources out there about pipe, pipe fitting and sanitary work and you seem to be filling that information gap.
and behind this door, a welder in his natural habitat. I am interested in the pipefitting to say the least. Right now I am plumbing 4" discharge pipes for fire rescue boats and need all the help I can get.
More pipefitting videos please. Also if you could explain the kind of work you do! I’m a pipefitter myself but always done it for a contractor working in plants in refineries
Jam up job bro!!! Done same work for 20 years, only 2years of sanitary before I got hurt in FL. Now disabled, sure miss that shit! Again great job, awesome videos!
Please make pipe fitting video. Love your content brother. Was lucky enough to get to weld on some sanitary stainless one time and wish I'd of seen your videos before. Lol. Keep up the good work brother man. Keep safe and rock steady 🤘🏼
Mate love your work. I’ve just finished a similar cooling job. All I got was a PNID. first really good job as a contractor. Really enjoy your videos and delivery, it’s all on point. Like your fit ups and welds.
Would be great to see what your work flow is for this site fit up. No videos showing how people setup factory or industrial equipment and then piping fitting everything together. Only shop built spools 😢. I’ve done a bit of site work myself with lasers and iso, but still have a lot of improvement. Great video and commentary 👍 equipment setup and piping up equipment onsite
Magnificent piece of work/art and explanation of how this beauty of an installations operates and has been assembled. I've enjoyed every second. Thank you so much for making us wiser. What would the world be look like without piping?? The artery's of our life. Splendid craftsmanship. Greetz from Holland, Marcel Knippers.
Maybe someone here will help me. how to avoid distortion when welding black steel? i was welding two tables, two big letters H with bar between them and they had diff distance between the ends like twisted from heat. it is possible to weld them perfect? or do i need to straithen them up after? thanks in advance . Btw great video i make exactly the same projects in my job
I can weld pipe . But the fittings and drawings side I’ve not much experience. I wish you had the drawings in your hand to show as you was show us the various components of the system. Still a great video thanks.
hey drew, was looking at your store front on amazon, which scotchbrite wheel do you like best for cleaning your stainless weld? the yellow, green or the dark brown?
The green and yellow give a somewhat fine polish with green being the finest.. i use either one on sanitary tubing. The brown is more coarse so i often use that to take color off of Stainless schedule pipe while its still warm.
@@BlueCollarDrew thanks for the quick reply. How about your forensic detector? You like it, or would you go with a different brand if you had to buy another one? I’m looking to buy one. But I can’t find any reviews on any of them. Was thinking about the purge eye 100 or 300 nano. Or the intercon interpurge 772. Which is about $2300
I would absolutely be interested in a dedicated pipe fitting video.
Really liked the video. I’d definitely like to see more on the pipe fitting side also maybe more details on how your draw your iso/sketch.
