I make this same exact jacketed pipe, except the systems I make I’m usually using 1-1/2” and 2” tube. My pipes are reverse of yours in function: cold water is flowing in the jacket to keep the product from hardening and crystallizing and thickening. The processing machines I make produce the little gummy bears and gummy whatever’s. They put vitamins and sometimes fake THC in them. Cool video. Thanx for the link to the wheels. I’m always looking to try different polishing/prepping wheels. :)
Great job you guys. Frankly. I love welding. This was awesome to watch and very informational. Honestly I forgot how long and tedious of a process food grade was.
best channel for this kind of welding. hope next time you would show us how the welds end up looking on the inside. especially those tricky corner welds.
Thank you a lot for all your previous and latest videos. They are absolutely fantastic and some of the best i've come across after watching everything there is on YT about sanitary tube welding. I'm from Sweden, working with my family, producing liquid vitamins/supplements. I have no previous welding experience but currently trying to learn how to sanitary weld so that we can start to do some tube-work in-house. Your videos has been of plenty help! Thank you again!
Thank you, gentlemen! Love me some sanitary porn. Hope someday to get stuck into it. Know you suggested a Yes Welder for beginners on a budget, but wonder about stick welders with a higher duty cycle since HF isn't needed...? Also, are frequency or other features desirable for DC TIG?
But dragging your file clears chips… damned if you do damned if you don’t. Or use chalk on your file. It helps keep gummy stuff like aluminum and stainless
I've been doing a bit of sanitary welding in my home brewery, so this is super helpful for a self taught welder, thanks!
That Cory really knows how to walk the cup! Great work guys.
