OMG 8:06 -> the same thing happens to me Lauren! I had no clue it happened to others -> if i wake up too early especially to an alarm (like not naturally) after sleeping less than 5 hours i have the most nauseous disgusting feeling in my stomach all day!

I’ve experienced the same nausea after waking up since around high school - I can describe it as feeling my soul is getting ripped from my body lol. I decided to go off caffeine a month or so ago and I’m a huge coffee lover. But it occurred to me after a quick nap that I hadn’t felt that way since I stopped drinking caffeine! I think it must have something to do with it but I’ve enjoyed not feeling like death after sleeping lol

I wasn't allowed to drink coffee in high school. It would have really helped in marching band early morning practices in the Fall. I would see other bandies bringing Starbucks? drinks into the band room. I was so jealous. I think some students even told me their doctors put them on caffeine to survive the workload of classes in the school I went to. I just settled with a lot of Cs and low Bs.
That’s crazy!!! I def drink caffeine everyday, in high school I would drink it every week for sure!

Caffeine makes anxiousness worse! Your mind mistakes the increasing heartbeat for anxiousness. Try not to drink coffee in anxious periods.

@@TheLaurenNorris Try taking less and less every week, in that way your body can get used to it. And you don't need to stop all together but just... Less. And in very bad periods don't drink it at all for a while. Same goes with alcohol. It works for me:')
