    Christmas is coming, so I've been rewatching all the Sotar reviews with the wife in the room.

    I also installed the Highroller Trigger from the Extreme Patriot on my Sotar. The longer lever gives you even more control, even if it feels unfamiliar at first. Try it out, I like it.

    Wow💥, thank you, you made the video so quickly. I want to try this brush because of the great trigger response👍👍👍.

      When your paint is reduced just right you literally barely have to touch the trigger and you start to get paint. I can do tiny gradients with it. Its quite an amazing brush. Straining the paint also makes a big difference from what ive been told. Havent tried yet.

    Great review Rob, coming from a complete noob on airbrushes I would say the Sotar is a complete no brainer as even a beginner can see that it puts the paint out really nice with good atomisation and at the price what's not to like🤔👏👍

    I was just having this dilema which one should i choose for detail model painting. I was considering H&S Infinity , PS 771 and also Sotar 2020 3in one version with 0,2 0,3 and 0,5 needles. My go to will be a Sotar than :) thank you for the video!

    I am using my SOTAR with high roller trigger, much way better than the regular one.😉

  • @azarelthecreator7098
    @azarelthecreator7098 7 месяцев назад

    Have you tried the sotar with a high roller trigger? i added some padding from the box to my iwata eclipse to raise it because i have alien fingers and i have way more control with the higher trigger. I just ordered a sotar and a high roller trigger for it.

    • @dredfxcustompaint

      Not tryed one of them yet 👍

      @@dredfxcustompaint I ended up hating the high roller trigger. It made me have to pull the trigger a bit more to get paint and the sotar for me feels way better with a short trigger. Ive seen the trigger cut and modified to be shorter.

    I gotta say since I bought my Creos 270 it has been my go to brush I luv it however I have just ordered a 0.15 setup for my Evolution so you never know my opinion might change. Nice review though thanks for that.

      The 0.15 is great for detail Brian my infinity now with the hack is killer 👌

    I think your hand is airbrush shaped, which ever airbrush you are currently using is the best, know the feeling, now I must start using my airbrushes again; now should it be the Eclipse, Micron perhaps? I know not.

    I could never get my Sotar to stop spitting paint, I tried different paint mixtures,pressure etc! It would always spit, I would always clean the tip I don’t know!!

    Get some soapy water on the front of that Sotar. All of my Badger brushes have had leaky front ends. Nothing a little beeswax didn't fix, though.

    I have inside information that the badger is a tad better than the 771 he's a reliable source but watches a hell of a lot of Hawaii 50 water fall and fast flowing river videos says it calms him down 😅😅
