    Let me just say: This concert Romania were actually counting down to his arrival. The country shut down for 3 days he visited IE most of the shops shut up. The sound was so loud people could hear the bass miles and miles from venue. There were so many fans outside the venue (thousands) you couldn't get within 5 miles of it. These are all facts from someone I know that went. People these days think Taylor has equalled or bettered him...lmao couldn't be further from the truth. Dude the man was exceptional. His fans (us) were so dedicated and insane you'll never see it again trust me. He built such a fan base up that if someone said one bad word about him, you'd get destroyed **cough cough** Eminem in early 2000s. Miss MJ man he shook the world off its axis

      MJ was received by the president of this country, he was taken to the Palace of Parliament, and he was the second ( and the last) to be on the balcony of that building and to address to the crowd. He received there two prestigious distinctions from Romanian dignitaries, he visited in Bukarest an orphanage and he donated a lot, and wherever he went as in hospitals or orphanages he didn't just gave money and that's it, he was present there, interacting with people, taking sick or orphan kids in his arms ( talking abt the bs in the media that he was germophobe). Where do we see the famous ones now, among people?? This yt is full with videos with MJ being received where he went like a dignitary, let alone the crowds he attracted. As Siedah, the back up singer on this tour said, it was a reason why the band was lodged in a different hotel. When they were in the same hotel with MJ no one slept bc outside there were ppl chanting MJ all night, as Siedah said ,,it was like the second coming of baby Jesus,,. He is unique, a phenomenon and we must remind to the world that whatever ,,talent,, US is trying to impose ( we all know that after Thriller MJ wasn't media,s darling) to the rest of the world, we acknowledge him, the one and only Michael Jackson.

      @@duncanidaho8900Yup! And something that is really a testament to Michael’s character is that he chose to air the concert from this location rather than somewhere more famous/recognisable (say, Wembley Stadium) so it brought Bucharest/Romania into the living rooms of millions of people all over the world. This being so soon after the fall of the commmunist regime there and when the plight of orphanages there was desperate. Others wouldn’t have even bothered to perform there, let alone promote it all over the world❤️

    0:50 can you imagine being there and witnessing this legendary entrance back then? I was 14 years old when Dangerous hit, and believe me, everybody .. I mean _everybody_ from Punk, Metal, Rap fans were getting this album. Everytime a new single/video was dropped people were going crazy. Back then we didn't have RUclips n stuff like that obviously. People were exchanging VHS records in school with the new MJ video.
    I remember in house parties with 20+ people we were gathering around the TV and watching this very concert. MJ was big in the 80s no doubt, but to me personally i always felt the Dangerous era was his true peak. And I also always said that they _HAD_ to stop him, because he was getting way too powerful. It is definatly no coincedence that the allegations started when Dangerous outsold BAD and was on it's way outselling Thriller ...
    He did the Oprah interview in 1993 and several months later the allegations started in the middle of the Dangerous tour ... I always said if the allegations never happened back then Dangerous would've easily outsold Thriller ... Easily ... Dangerous was his absolute peak ...

    • @moscokidd3813
      @moscokidd3813 10 дней назад

      Don't know if it would have outsold Thriller... that may be a reach... BAD very likely though. But agree 100% on everything else.. Dangerous was MJs peak! Creatively and in terms of popularity as well. He was absolutely everywhere when the album dropped from late 91 to 93 I remember vividly Never seen an artist dominate the media like that EVER

    • @KorpusV6
      @KorpusV6 8 дней назад

      @@moscokidd3813 Dangerous was the fastest selling album back then. It has over 20 million sales worldwide and that is because of the allegations. Without them, Thriller would've been overshadowed. Mostly because it was CDs instead of Vinyl. He was at the peak of his powers in the early 90s

    I went to that tour when I was only 7 years old and I remember everything as if it was yesterday. I was one of those who passed out AND I WAS ONLY 7. I’ve never fainted again after that. I passed out right at the beginning when he jumps on stage , I just couldn’t take it. My mum went on panic mode and paramedics had to come to look after me and they told my parents that we should leave the concert which I obviously DIDN’T.
    I wasn’t the only one there who passed out, there was a HUGEEEE line of people laying on the floor with all sorts of stuff, mainly panic attacks.
    I also had tickets for ‘This is it’. He’s greatly missed. Definitely the best artist of all time, no one will ever come close to him❤️

    The dangerous tour is terribly underrated. First, it has siedah Garrett, who is literally the girl from the original. I just can't stop loving you, and she co-wrote man in the mirror. Also power wise the dangerous tour stage had enough electricity to literally power small cities and towns. He had to change cities a couple of times because the town would of not had electricity to power his show for 2 hours.
    Also the Bucharest Romania show more people showed up for a single performance then voted in that years election

    Yo @Chest is unlocked, love your stuff and I'm a massive MJ fan. Would love to see you react to the Bee Gees song "too much heaven". Bee Gees were on of Mike's inspirations - Not you're usual genre, but an unbelievable performance never to be replicated! You will be very surprised!

    Please, react Rodrigo Teaser. He is the greatest interpreter of Michael here in Brazil. He performs shows throughout Brazil and around the world. He has had the honor of having one of Michael's choreographers directing the show.

    You gotta react to Shana Mangatal ‘s videos on Michael Jackson. She has a lot personal stories and fun facts about him, and even have some unreleased music from him too! You could hear some real cool stories about him.
