Even in the early 88 BAD tour performances his voice sounded strained and hard to make out and he relied a lot on his backing singers especially for songs like Heartbreak Hotel which previously he did with ease. The choro was better during the BAD and Dangerous tours for sure but as a vocalist i am saying he was perfection in his prime in the earlier years. Nobody came to the the brothers they came to see MJ trust me lol and he did not even want to do that tour because of him getting called N word from Don King , Brothers needing money etc.

Mike made a lot of men cry in the concert, just trembling. I saw it with my own eyes. He is just so good at evoking the passion and love that people have inside and bring it out. I've been to many concerts (Prince, David Bowie, Chuck Berry, a lot of "what's his face?" performers BUT Michael - his sexy moves, his angelic voice, he was the best one.
I lived round the 2mins from Wembley Stadium , my uncle surprised me with Michael jackson Bad Concert tickets I was and am huge MJ fan , I was only 7 nearly 8 years old but I remember it like it was yesterday , my uncle had to pick me up and put me on his shoulders to watch the show i had to keep getting down here and there because my legs was going numb lol and the sound was explosive electrifying super high octane engey performance all the way through and lots of magical moments , i remember wanting to get a some mj merchandise but , it pour down with rain after the show and we ran back to my nan house and she made us hot soup 🍲 Ahhh how time flighs 🙏 r.i.h mj

I’d say it was more of the first category, because if you were front row in the position to be picked, you’d have to be a big fan to have queued that long. At one show I went to, the girl passed out and collapsed onto her knees and would have faceplanted the stage if Michael’s crotch wasn’t there (which she then faceplanted - imagine doing that and having no memory of it🤦🏻♀️)! There’s video of another from the HIStory Tour where the girl just blacked out and Michael caught her and picked her up like a baby to pass to security. At another show I went to, the girl next to me was picked to go up. I cried so hard - so close but yet so far😭😭😭 I dread to think what kind of hysterical mess I’d have been if it had been me!!!
