I had to go through this process twice, once with a great aunt and then with my grandmother. It's never easy. It's a lifetime of memories, objects that meant something to them, projects, hobbies and daily habits that have to be dealt with... with respect and admiration. They're not things, they're someone's past life. And all of this reflects on your own life and the sense of having so many material things... You're a good son, Mark.

That describes this so well! ❤ It is so difficult to be the person to say what's of value when it was someone else's possessions. And so true about hobbies and memories. Thank you for sharing this with us ❤

Thank you. I was passing by you guys late yesterday coming from Iowa this time. Was thinking of you guys and hoping you are doing well. Even stopped for fuel and some snacks at the place you used to work and we met you.
Life definitely seems to be an incredible adventure of ups and downs. Talked with my parents last night. The person taking the piano is coming today and I only have the electric scooters remaining to sell or donate. My schedule is to full to get over to see my parents this week, but maybe the weekend will allow.
I've been putting on the miles again this year.
Thanks for being here with us. It's really great to hear from you 😊

Sorry to hear your parents are going thru all this. I wish i had the opportunity to experience my parents getting old. My dad passed from complications from a car accident when i was 21 and my mom passed when i was 41 at 64. She had just had her knee replaced and was so excited to have it done and COVID took it

I am so sorry to hear this! 😞 I do feel fortunate we still have our parents. The day after we cleaned out their place, I felt like I just left them and wished them "Good luck". It's a 3.5 hour drive from me. I feel bad I'm not closer, but I'm trying to get back there as often as possible. I'm going to feel bad that I don't spend as much time as I can now with them. Thank you for sharing. I wish you well and really appreciate you being here with us

@@sarawoods7874 the guys are doing great covering more for me this year. I also did cut down to one video a week this summer due to more trips to see my parents and help out. My wife's mom (who lives 2 miles away) is also having some health and memory issues. It has kept us both busy with parent care and again, trying to spend as much time with them as we can

Why did you decide to apply the odor destroyer with the multi sprayer opposed to the hydro force?
