    Soy vermicelli noodles with meat and vegetables, one of the first courses I have ever eaten in a Chinese restaurant many years ago.
    And still today it is one of the dishes that I continue to love.
    Making it at home is not only simple but it is also really delicious, like the best you have ever eaten!
    ► Ingredients
    Soy vermicelli noodles - 300g (4 balls)
    Light soy sauce - 180g
    Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
    Minced meat - 120g
    Zucchini - 1
    Carrot - 1
    Chinese wine - 1 small glass
    Ginger - 3-4 cm
    Salt - to taste
