I'm so excited to see how y'all are going to fix up your new home in a couple of months. In these videos, you make everything look so easy. Especially getting dinner ready. Out of all the videos I watch. Your videos give me more motivation. ❤
Hamburger stew. Which is ground beef browned. Add onion soup mix, minced garlic, 1 chopped onion, cook until all done, add flour and cook that. Now add can and juice from green beans and tomatoes. Add more water and enough to cook elbow macaroni, once dish is boiling, add box of elbow pasta and cook until pasta is done and it makes a great meal for your whole family. Serve with garlic toast and green salad.
Hey Valerie… you can cook ‘baked” potatoes in microwave in just a few minutes.. 2 at a time. Of course without the foil. They taste exactly the same and it helps when you need to use the oven for other things. It’s my favorite way to do sweet potatoes!
I still like to bake mine in foil in the oven.My late M-I-L would stick a big nail in the potatoes. They cooked a hour in the oven than a hour and half or two.I didn't like the metallic taste.I can't remember if she had them in foil or not? It's been 35 years since she died.
I love watching you cook. Reminds me of my momma and how she loved to cook big dinners just to watch her family enjoy them. I miss her terribly. 😢 Also while watching you cook brings me to the realization of just how much foil, paper products, water and plastic I consume during one dinner or event at my home. Really puts me into a WOW factor and reminds me I need to do better………I would’ve used that bacon grease to fry the pork chops. 😍 I always wash my dishes as I dirty them when cooking. Having a big pile on the counter or stove when I’m cooking or even after eating stresses me out! 😂
Hi Valerie, Your dinner looked absolutely delicious!!!1. You make cooking look so easy. I felt bad that you had to wash and dry the dishes. Have your boys and Tim's mom help you. After all, you do all the cooking. They should be helping. I'm anxious to see when you move how you sill decorate.
I love watching your videos. You are just like a neighbor I would love to have. You make things look so easy. Thanks for sharing part of your life with us, it always lifts me up.
Hey Valerie, I've not heard of roasting radishes but I love radishes! I'll have to try that. As I type, my cat is snoring beside me. How funny. Pets are such comfort. Give your furry ones a scratch for me. From our home to yours...have a great day.
I don't believe I have ever seen a radish being cooked before. I have only ever had them raw on a salad but I must admit these looked pretty good. I'll have to try that someday.
Try the Lazy Man peach cobbler, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, and 1cup of milk.1 teas vanilla.Mix altogether....Melt 1 stick of butter in your casserole dish and add your flour, sugar, milk and teasp vanilla. Then add your large can of peaches, juice and all..Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins..
When I do baked potatoes I poke holes in them and microwave them for about 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size it cuts down on oven time ,also you can wrap them in foil place them in the crackpot all day just no water !!! Comes out great !!!
Hi Valerie, just catching up on all your older videos. I don't use any foil on my potatoes. Rub olive oil on washed dried potato and poke a few times with fork and bake on rack. The skin is a little crunchy and so good. Also try slicing brussel sprouts thinly and cook in a little balsamic vinegar in a pan. So yummy
Valerie beautiful dinner on the table. The pork chops with the herbed butter is something I would like to make for my family. Thank you for sharing the video today from your home to ours. Peace hope and love
It looked delicious. You can wrap your potatoes in foil and put them in a crockpot. It takes a while but frees up the oven and they are delicious fixed this way.
You make such good meals and your boys should never complain about being hungary! I've never made or tried roasted radishes. Something I will definitely try to make.
Valerie, What a great video…I can watch you day in and day out…your recipes are scrumptious looking..love Tim and the boys and of course the fur babies…please continue making you video.. we love Willow Berry….😊❤😍😘
Have never seen brussel sprouts so large. I'm going to have to try to do these along with the radishes. Never had radishes like this before. They looked delish.
I'm back with the recipe for Ranch Chicken.. 1/4 c. unsalted butter 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 3/4 c. parmesan cheese 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix (we like the spicy) 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( it says 4oz each?) Preheat oven to 350, place butter in shallow bowl, in another shallow bowl, combine corn flakes, parm cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in butter then roll in corn flake mixture to coat. Place on a 13x9 greased baking sheet uncovered until thermometer reads 165, about 45 mins, depending on your oven. Lol
Dinner looks very good. I have never seen radishes roasted. I am having baked fish, roasted sweet potatoes, sliced cuccumbers, and a side of garlic grilled shrimp.
Hi there Valerie! I am a new subscriber. I just found your channel a few weeks ago and just love it! You are the first person I have seen make a bed with nurses corners for the top sheet. Anyway, Love your channel. Take care.
Your supper looked so good. When I roast radishes they lose all the pretty red color. I don’t know if I’m cooking them too long or too hot but they still taste amazing. The cobbler you fixed is one of our family favorites. We call it Lazy Man Pie or Lazy Day Cobbler. We pour the peaches and juice too but it works either way. Love your channel as well. I have been to your shop and bought both an apron and a coffee cup. Wonderful quality.
Valerie, you cook the way I do.I have a new crockpot and don't use it enough.Meat and chicken would be good in the crock pot and the veggies in the oven.I love the roasted veggie.I love to sautee mushrooms and onions then top them on top of the chops with either cream of mushroom soup or cream of bacon soup too.I miss making my cobblers the same way.😋I need captions and YT has faded the white so it's so hard to read.😟
Valerie, you need your own restaurant, girl! Your meals are 5 ⭐️ quality! I would love to be a customer! I love your furbabies! They love each other, and that is so precious! I have always eaten radishes raw with salt. I am going to have to try your recipe. Stay safe with this storm moving through. Prayers for everyone. 🙏
Max's eyes get me every time! I live in a 2006 DW in Ohio and I love my place. Wish I had more land but I have enough on my plate. I will live "vicariously" through your new venture! Can't wait to see all the cute videos with the four legged kids in them! xo
Salisbury steak would be a great idea . I use to make it all the time instead of steak i would use ground turkey pattie them then smother them in gravy with unions its very good😊😊
Your dinners look so delicious every time you cook. I love watching your videos.. I also share them until next time God bless and have a great day ♥️👍🏻
Wow! That was a meal fit for a King! Amazing. You are such a wonderful cook. You're family is very fortunate! It all looked awesome. Great job! I might even be able to manage that peach cobbler :) It looked fairly easy but delicious. Thanks for the recipe! See you next time!
We call it Tomato Alfredo Gunk. In a big crockpot, add 2 jars Alfredo sauce, 2 cans diced tomatoes with herbs, 1 big onion, 2 celery stalks and shredded chicken from either a rotisserie chicken or I do 6 frozen breasts at a time in the instant pot and shred 3 of them for my big crockpot. Add garlic, onion powder salt and pepper, anything really. Let it go high for 4 hours. In the last hour add 1 cup shredded cheese. We eat keto so we have it over spaghetti squash but it’s good over egg noodles or macaroni. Love seeing your recipes.
Valerie, I just love your channel. Love your content a cooking everything looks so good. I am not a vegetable eater but should be. I am going to try to recreate this complete dinner with dessert at our family game night. I will be sure to let you know how it turns out. All the fur babies are just so sweet and well taken care of. Your a jewel to your entire family I am sure. Hugs to all Betty 🥰🙏😘💕

My hubby and I were watching you make that lullaby's pork chop dinner and he wasn't about ready to jump through the screen to Have dinner with you guys! He's asking me to make it which means he would love to have those pork chops. Roasted Radishes, never thought we could do that! But we're willing to try. We like roasted Brussels sprouts. And those pork chops looked so yummy he was willing to die for! We'll be making this meal soon. Thank you for sharing with us. And spending your evening with us thank you God bless you.

Why do you wrap the potatoes in foil? It will steam them. I love the crispy skin on baked potatoes, best part. You could also put the potatoes in microwave, minus foil and leave them in until almost done. Finish in the oven to get the best baked potatoes in a hurry.
As always, I love to watch your videos!! I have a recipe for you and I will put it here in a couple hours. I don't care for nuked baked potatoes, but I have done it when I was in an extreme hurry making a meal.
@@lindamaskus5142 I don't think I've ever nuked a baked potato!!! If I'm in a big hurry,I just roast them cut up or boil them for mashed potatoes.
