- In this video, I will show 7 signs if your Casio G-Shock is not a fake GA 2100 / ga2100. Or, how to spot the real original genuine G-Shock Casioak. Therefore you can be sure if yours is 99.99% original. Anyway, the best practice to avoid being scammed with fake G-Shock, is to buy your watch from an official dealer or reputable seller. Additional note, the original GA 2100 have no auto light :)

How long have you had the fake ones? I’m getting a real one but I do want to get a fake steel one lol I rather spend 40 than 400 for the steel version during a night out or special occasions lol

As an alternative to the metal version, you can search for GA2100 steel/metal mod kit.

I can see all the 7 signs shown but...on the back its written cased in china not in thailand...could be a fake one?
I ve already seen some model on internet with this signature but..does someone know something about?
Some of my G-Shocks are made in China, although this particular unit was made in Thailand.
I don't have an exact answer; maybe they're already expanding the production operation of the later models to China.
But if the watch was from an official distributor / reputable seller, then don't worry about it :)

Hi, they are different between weight? Original weights 51g and the fake?
Frankly, I don't have a specific number for the weight, and there's so many "version" of the GA2100 counterfeits.
But usually, fake gshocks weigh less.
My grey one, minute hand is not precise, somewhat slanted to the right for every minute marker. But the rest of the sign are spot on correct.
Maybe you can try to do the "hands alignment" menu/feature, hopefully it will fix the problem :)
Does this apply for the GM2100 as well?

My Casio GA 2100 LCD no longer lights up. Does anyone know why? The LED lights up, but the LCD does not.

In my opinion, it's better to change both (so you don't have to do the battery change again in the near future)

My ga 2100 rgb-1adr has its strap a little lose and woobly but except that all the signs are matching is that all the straps with G-Shock s lose or is it just mine

i recently got this watch .. (1 week ago) but the strap is very uncomfortable .. is there any way to make it softer or will daily wearing it make the resin strap better and comfortable // any advice
Good day. Sometimes, new straps are stiff and not following the shape of our wrist. It will break in but might will takes time. You can try to speed up the break in time by set the strap tightly when not used, like the one in this video:)

@@growbro8145 First u need to stop the time. By pressing the mode button for 3 seconds after on screen its shows TMR you will hear a beep sound after this you can go press buttons together mode adjust and start to see pixel screen
Yes, the LCD check will works in timekeeping mode, but not other mode :)
