He was like 😳😳😳, when Nico was up there with him
He looked at Nico like 5 times during the race because he was confused on how he was even up there in the front pack 🤣

I'm starting to wonder if Nico can pull of a "Bob Kennedy" and win NCAA as a frosh. He was fearless out there.
Same if he keeps getting stronger this year you never know. I swear the kid can be half as fit as someone else but still beat them simply because he knows how to run until he pukes. It’s rare to see top athletes go to the well like that but he does it every race. I’d say he’s as fit right now as yard Ngoose but has the mental toughness of PRE give him grivalja type speed and stamina and we have an ncaa champion
That’s of course assuming he can develop NAU is great at developing athletes so I’m sure he will make more big jumps this year. Nico’s a beast that has mental toughness like I haven’t seen before he had the efficiency of your average 16-16:30 5k guy in high school but was running 14’s
Would have to put an asterisk next it though, since Nats is in March. My understanding is that Nico was hurt last fall when it normally would have taken place.

Late but I remember. Two beast performances from the two. Natty Champ is the all time accomplishment for Mantz and an entry 4th place finish for the freshman is outstanding. Props to both during this time.

Why Nico young didn't made tyo Olympics
Please invest In Belize!! Our country doesnt give a shit about any athletes n we have good talent here too. We just need good coaches n good trainings n help, we need litta helps guys so any one reading this, plz help our country Belize athletes!
Nico should have won. He was fooled by Mantz' experience. Coach Smith and Grijalva will definately work with Nico by March Nationals.

@@filipecassiano5407 Nico got kicked. If he wants to win, he has to really grind out the last mile/1k cuz his strength is his biggest advantage. He needs to work on his actual sprint speed.

BYU athletes aren’t able to grow beards so a lot of them grow mustaches.
