Testing out the Panasonic Lumix G7 on some local trains yesterday evening in Perry Ohio. I'm falling in love with the more cinematic video aspect of this camera as well as the stunning quality.
Anywho, seen here in the video is CSX I008 thundering east on the Erie West Subdivision, with a trio of everyone's favorite GE junk in the lead.
Then came the sought after train of the day, Norfolk Southern 309 running west through NE Ohio with what little sunlight still remained. Leading the way would be BNSF #998, adorning the railroad's first ever paint scheme, nicknamed "Heritage 1" (H1 for short). Second out would be Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe #683, which is still wearing its original, pre-merger paint job given to it in 1994... A very rare find nowadays, especially out here in Ohio!
    CSX I008:
    CSX ES44AH 3008
    CSX CW44AC 163
    CSX ES44AH 3031
    NS 309:
    BNSF C44-9W 998
    ATSF C44-9W 683

That K5LA on 3008 is beautiful. I saw 309 tail end at Wood Rd.

The lashup on the 309 feels like the 1995s. Wished it came back another time so I could see it
