@@SuperMontsta In the US we have to bring our own personal vehicles or vehicles we're insured on in order to take the driving test.
That way if anything akin to a wreck or breakdown happens the DMV doesn't have to pay anything out and they aren't liable.
So getting in a vehicle such as the one he's driving is entirely plausible, there's certianly been weirder set-ups in personal vehicles.

As an instructor myself (but for pilots), the first lady who started "teaching" Ari was excellent. Exactly how an instructor should be. Many props to her compared to the other so-called instructors Ari has ridden with who had very little professionalism and patience. Her reaction was priceless too!
She was definitely a wild chick when she was younger... you can tell. This little drift session made her feel young again.

It's because she's literally acting - even without the legal issues involved, it's _really_ obvious. Beyond that, though, no driving instructor would allow a student or themselves to not wear a seatbelt: it's literally against the law in California (and all US states except for New Hampshire, for some reason), and doubly so because they'd likely lose their job for allowing it and they got pulled over for it.
Extremely fake - if she's shaking, she's only doing so, because of course an older actress would get an adrenaline rush from being a passenger in a car that's flying around like that.
