This has got to be the worst padlock in the world.
First method, No padlock i have come across gives you direct access to the pins from the outside and if it did, you would have to use way more than some sandpaper to sand away the cap keeping the springs and pins in.
Second method, a bump
ake hybrid? if its bumping you need more kinetic force, if its raking, why the spring? i bet there is 1 populated pin chamber in that tumbler if that attack worked. (you put spring top and bottom pin back in 1 of the 5 chambers you removed from first method)
None of these method are "illegal" if you own the lock, if you dont own it, of cause it`s illegal, without consent you cant even use the key legally.

Nope. It actually does work. Try it. First one, remove all the pins and the tumbler will turn. Second one is just making a spring loaded rake. By raking the pins, you can set them and open the lock. There isn't anything fake.
