I know mortgage debt sounds like regular debt, but home values appreciate. So don’t torture yourself about that “debt.” You’re doing great. Give yourself a big hug! I paid off most of my consumer debt except for a car, but I’m in my investment phase of life. Hygiene is aging me faster than I’d like so I need a big investment portfolio when I decide to quite full time hygiene and go part time.
We’re on the same boat. I just recently graduate Dental Hygiene and just started a job this year. My personal debt and student loan debt is almost similar to yours except im also paying off my husband’s debt which added about 6 months worth of my salary. I am not complaining as he helped me get through almost 2 years of DH school by providing our needs. He got laid off from his job which happened on my 3rd semester so we had to use credit cards to survive living in Toronto. I cant wait to get my first paycheck and pay off our credit cards one by one. Thanks for sharing your journey with us. This encourages me to work hard and pay off loans
I am happy you had your husband there to support you while in school. You are very fortunate for that. My husband also supported my through school, but I made sure to work part-time to cover whatever expenses I could for myself. I was working/school 7 days a week, no breaks. I don't miss those days at all.
Good job girl 🤗❤️🙌🏽 I feel the struggle of paying off debt, I’ve got a lot to pay off too so you’re definitely not alone on this journey, but we got this 😅
I'm busy trying to pay off my credit card, then my car next. It's hard, in retrospect I should never have gotten the credit card but I'm now, budgeting every month really strictly 😢
I'm so happy for your success and discipline 👏💕🎉.. your an inspiration to me. I'm 5/6 months away from paying off my car & being completely debt free praise God 💪
You are doing so good!! I am trying to save on beauty services as well and do my own nails and I am planning to learn to do my own lash lift. These things are so important for my mental health and contribute a lot for my self care and doing it myself saves a lot of money but still makes me feel good. I think it’s similar to making you own coffee, I actually like the nails I do myself better than at a salon 😊
I use to do lash lifts on people myself! I’m just nervous with finding the right product as I don’t have access to the stuff I used on clients anymore. Hesitant to put stuff I don’t know about near my eyeballs haha
I’m doing the same I’m one year n half ahead on by motorcycle it’s been tuff I owe 1000 on one credit card and then I’ll be attacking my car next I have became frugal it’s tuff thank you for the video cause I was losing momentum
I don’t see a big difference in your hair - it looks nice. Maybe try a wing liner for your eyes if you like to play with your eyes instead of getting fake lashes. Good on you to taking out those beauty expenses. 🎉
The illusion is working then haha trust me in person you can really tell the difference. I usually got a lash lift and tint every 3 months or so. Much cheaper than extensions. I’ll probably get it done again at some point when I find a good deal or something but definitely way less than I use too!
@@DajanaCoric This reminds me of the one time I had a lash lift - I really had issues with my the sun in my eyes. My lashes just weren’t able to shield me from the sun rays anymore. So it’s not for me, unfortunately. 🫠
I could try! It’s a good idea thank you! I don’t use it regularly though and it’s kind of a set it up and then done kind of app. Checking out my stocks daily stressed me out lol

Actually not ALL homes rise in value. I know plenty of people who lost money on their home purchases.
I’m in the same boat as you mine was 130K Start Jan 2024 I’m down to 95K Aug 30th 2024

Do it! I wish I had the time but also ignoring how much sugar goes into one makes it easier for me to enjoy haha
