- Today we’re upgrading the scooters most insufficient system. The fuel system. The factory vacuum fuel pumps cannot keep up with fuel demand at wide open throttle and we begin the sputtering and engine stalls mid-ride and in traffic coming to a stop. It’s absolutely annoying and we are deleting the vacuum pump altogether with Rolling Wenches Electric Fuel Pump Conversion kit. We will now be able to meet the demands of the carburetor and cruise at wide open throttle! With this fuel upgrade I wanted to get a perfect tune on our carburetor so installed an air/fuel ratio gauge from Rolling Wrench to measure our air/fuel mixture the carburetor is producing. I didn’t want to take to much of your time and made the video into two parts. The fuel pump install was last week and the AFR install this week so be sure to go back and watch part one. That brass plug you pointed at on your carb, I hit mine with a drill, adjustment screw was behind it
Alright, since you have almost 200 miles on the O2 sensor, do you still really like it or is it something you feel you really didn't need?
Commented and subscribed earlier. Have a scoot same as yours. Just received today my 172cc kit from RW. Also many other upgrades. Waiting on my fuel pump (got yhe pulse) 11 Pole stator, CVT kit, new rear gears. I'm in Washington state but heading south for winter. (I'm 73 & a Nomad, Live inmy van or 6x12 converted cargotrailer) going to visit friends in Phoenix and Tucson areas in November before going to Yuma areas for winter. Maybe we can get together sometime? I have an idea for you and your channel. Tomorrow I will turn to 1000 miles on my scooter.

Edward would you be interested in filmig me doing my build for your channel? We could then do time trials to compare our scoots side by side. Everyone else just shows before and then after. Just an idea. Being retired my schedule is flexible. Was originally planning to complete build before heading south, but I could wait till I get to Phoenix area. I should be able to complete in 1-2 days,

Any insight on after market suspension parts
I’m rolling on stock suspension but there’s online stores if you haven’t heard of them. Like, rolling wrench, ncy store, Ruck house, the ruck shop. Seems like most people run ncy lowdown shocks. That’s what I’ve been looking at.
