Watching your rerolling on your dupes, while giving your reasoning on the Amari, I wouldn't have taken that dupe either. Any time you get a _Trait_ with a + or -, it impacts the upper limit on how high that dupe can get, so your Amari will essentially cap out at a max of 17 with that -3 (before skills). Interests are nice for quick attribute levels and managing morale early, but as the colony progresses, and the dupes gain experience, they become less and less important.

Maybe someone told you already, I'm not down with VOD yet, but have to finish later. Edit - ah good, someone pointed it out about 20 minutes later.
I'm late to the party and still watching, so I'm not sure if you do this, but once flooded (stifled), you can just box in the steam vent with regular walls and free up all that water to use because it will stay stifled in a box.
I find the color modes don't do anything for me (since my color blindness is a mix of several types), but also because it would impact the viewer experience. :)
1:48:36 Kookaburra - cook-a-bur-ra 3:42:24 it’s easier to degerm water using chlorine. I tried uranium doors and they were too weak. Even a wheeze wort wasn’t enough for me
Is there a reason you have shifts separated by 3 slots instead of 2? It seems ok to me if the dupes are overlapping sleep time (since they have assigned beds), as long as they aren’t overlapping bathroom time (since they’re sharing toilets).
Not sure if you'll see this but I like your streams, I can't watch live unfortunately. It helps me with getting better at the game. One thing I'd say is I think the face cam would be better in the lower left corner because sometimes you're doing things that is being covered by the face cam. Other than that great stream and chat interaction! ❤

@EchoRidgeUnabridged why don't you use the Color Mode for Protanopia or Deuteranopia. It helped greatly with my Red/Green color deficiency.

Could be to maintain a consistent dupe workforce- making sure break + sleep doesn't overlap means only one shift is down at a time.
