This was such a well reviewed movie by Rangan. I have come across multiple reviews where the critic has merely explained the plot of the film as a "review". Rangan helps to better understand various devices the writer and director have used to subliminally build certain plot points, it shows you the nuances you might have missed while watching, and more importantly it does the job any critic should do - help you better appreciate the movie. Rangan has time and again proved how insightful his takeaways have been and how we as audiences should absorb different perspectives and not just stick to if the movie was "good", "timepass" or "paisa vasool".

At times among nonsense and multi million crores of movies and the khans dominatimg the industry with their nonsense movies , comes out such movies ,with no star cast ,no exotic locations, no cars jeeps fights ... Just human emotions and a simple story with easily predictable climax but an nonsense clean screenplay with moments of truth and realism crafted excellently.. Many part of this movie is a lesson for villages where women are still thrusted ... The actors except the police officerwho is a known face in hindi movie circle , rest of them pretty unknown but brilliant portrayal and kudos to director for taking a clean movie with absolutely no vulagarity... This movie definitely commends to be part of next yesr indian oscar nomination given the nature of movie from china winning them... Wortha a watch with family
