There’s something about a juicy burger…yeah, yeah..back in the day! So I’ve been sitting here thinking, hmm, wonder how we could make it juicy? The veggies certainly help, but…Wonder if you added some pomegranates if it would change the flavor much, considering there’s a lot of savory flavorings that might mask the sweetness. But! When you bite into it, the pomegranates would explode & provide the juicy!! Haha! It’s almost 1am, I’m sleeping over my daughter’s house, babysat today & babysitting grandkids again tomorrow. The right side of my brain has been working overtime with these kiddos (almost 3 years & 7.5 months old) and I just couldn’t help wondering out loud! 😋👩🍳
Chef Julia, is Paprika sweet or smoked? BTW, ordered several spices from Fresh Jax including tofu scramble & OrganicThai spice blends and love them! Dropped your name in the notes 😀. Thank you for this easy-to-follow uncomplicated burger recipe. Will def be trying this one soon.
