Ohh glad to know it’s not just my block in s philly. I’m right on wash and 11th and it’s pissing me off how much sh*t isn’t picked up. You can’t even leave potted plants out no more cause these dirty owners will dump their dogs poop bag in it. I even called someone out for walking away after not picking up their dogs poop right in front of my place it’s ridiculous.
Even the grass don't want that 💩! Lol. Get a baggy, a small disinfectant, and a scrubber. C'mon! If you're lazy, then at least do the baggy. I saw one owner with all three.
