People have a right to vent at ride closures, BUT do people realize this time of year is off season? They do maintenance before the park reopens full time in March.
That's a fair point, but if the park wants to stay open to the general public they should either publish ride closures well in advance, or only have one or two coasters closed at a time. Unfortunately what I experienced wasn't a fault of the off-season, but instead an unholy combination of bad weather and even worse management. The ladder of which will hopefully be fixed by Cedar Fair in the coming years.
The waits were the opposite for me at Great Adventure. 20 minute wait for Kingda Ka on the app, the person at the entrance said 2-3 hours. El Toro was the only one to say 90 minutes, it was the only one to take around 30.

This company raced to load up that park with all those coasters, snatched the accolades, took them back to Dallas and said "F U Magic Mtn." As a result, the park is hobbling along on crutches. Meanwhile, their other parks are falling FAR behind as far as upgraded ride collections. 👎👎👎

It sucks to have your most highly anticipated ride closed, but just know the time of year this is. They always do maintenance
Next time I go to six flags I’m just pulling up my random number generator & seeing what it gives me to determine ride waits 😂

I really hope so, if they run it like Cedar Point it has potential to be one of the greatest amusement parks in the country

This park is the best
Great Adventure and great America are also loaded and Fiesta Texas is quickly catching up
You should've ridden TC until closing considering it's the best ride in the park anyway.
