  • Germany, we love you, but it’s time to say goodbye...
    #lifeingermany #leavinggermany #anewadventurebegins
About us: In July of 2021, after a long time of hoping, dreaming, and planning, we sold or gave away almost everything we owned and left the United States to begin our journey with four children as an expat family. We moved to Leipzig, Germany, a beautiful city in the state of Saxony. This is our story.

All the best on your new adventure as a family. I definitely believe in where God leads - you go! I found your channel because our family is possibly moving to Leipzig come the new year (if it’s the Lord’s Will) so thank you for all that you shared! Very helpful content.

I wish that you have also a wonderfull and succesfull time over there as you had here. and i hope that the transition to new schools and friends etc.etc. goes well for the kids. i´m sure they know what a big advantage it is to see so many colours god`s rainbow at this young age! Good luck to all of you from Michael/Hannover

Sad, but still all good luck and hoping you will enjoy occasional visits to Germany, e.g. in the summer if it gets too hot in Malaga, or for the Christmas market...

Hi, I wish you all the best in your phase of life! Good luck! I often hear that the bureaucracy is so difficult, especially in East German cities, especially Berlin etc. This usually works better in small towns, see @Type Ashton, who moved from Freiburg to a small town and built a house.
Thank you and greetings from Lake Constance 🙋‍♂️

Congrats on the move. Barometric pressure changes can have notable impact on some people’s health.

I understand your decisions, but this is not healthy for your kids. Leaving their new friends behind... again! Learning another language... again!
    Anyway, all the best!
