Hi Rob, some nice obscurities shown. Never heard of Hunt & Turner, but love that cover (and the Dave Evans one too). 2 or 3 there that I'd definitely be interested in getting. Wishing you all the best for Christmas and 2024 - and good luck with the album...Pete
Hi Rob. Enjoying the cult 70's feel of this video...I haven't heard any of the records in question so can't really comment beyond saying they all look really interesting. I'll add them to my Spotify playlist!
Hi Rob - Never seen that Dusty cover variant, nice 70s brown there. I've been pondering getting that Dave Evans. If Earth get his first album back in stock, I will get both of them next year (probably). Have a great Christmas...cheers Dale
Hi Dale Yes, it would be nice if Dave Evans last two albums get a reissue too, as my copy of Sad Pig Dance is not the best . Hope you find a copy of Pure Magic, I know you're a big Dusty fan. Have a great Christmas too.
Hi Rob. I remember that Marc Jonson album being a Record Store Day release. The original came out on Vanguard. I toyed with getting it as it was reissued on Munster, a label I've followed over the years ... The Euphoria album sounds like it's right up my street.
Hey Rob. Did you know there was a guitar music book of Dave Evans' Sad Pig Dance? Probably not easy to get hold of, and definitely fiendishly difficult to play. Have a good Christmas. Cheers - Hedley
Hi Hedley Yes, it says so on the sleeve of Sad Pig Dance, a friend of mine is a very accomplished guitar player and has that book of tablature. I believe tab was also available for his final album ' Take a bite out of life'. Thanks for watching and have a great Christmas too
Hi Rob - wishing you a happy Xmas if it's the last video this year . Some wonderful covers there and the David Evans I will see if I can have a listen sounds very interesting . As always great straight ahead content . Great that you are recording some tracks too !
Cheers Graham Dave Evans is highly recommended..an oddly musical excursion into strange tunings, harmonics, rhythm and finger picking styles, and although he's clearly influenced by his contemporaries, he still manages to sound utterly original, not an easy feat!. Hope you're keeping well and have a great Christmas 🎄.

Healthy haul to end the year Rob. I must check out that Evans. Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to you too.
