We moved to Bonita Springs. We are centrally located for easy access to both Naples, Estero, and Fort Myers. We have it all. But don’t come here, it’s crowded enough.
Hi carr bruton, Im so happy to hear that you have found Bonita Springs as your home. A lot of people find the same beauty in it that you did as well when you moved there. I’m glad you got in when you did 😊
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.☀️❤
Thank you. Great video.
One thing though, I had to eventually had to mute you as I couldn't take the loud background music anymore
I appreciate your feedback. Thank you for watching 😊
Naples. Thank you very much.
Great Video! Thank you so much for sharing! New subscriber here :)
It would be interesting to know about Bonita’s plans for downtown development. Good video
I do know that they recently approved a food truck park :) I envision something like the one in 30A in the Destin area, are you familiar? Thanks for watching our channel!
We live in Bonita. The back of our property is the Lee/Collier County line. We formerly lived 300 feet South with a Naples address. my gated community has 100 + ddors. I only see one school bus. Home prices have gone up 30% or so in the last year. What % of home buyers have children in school?
Are you asking about your neighborhood specifically, or Collier County?
Bonita beautiful ❤️ Naples
Isn't bonita springs a suburb of naples & ft myers along with estero?
When people think of SWFL normally Ft Myers and Naples come to mind because they’re the two bigger cities and it makes the other two seem as you suggested, suburbs.
However, Bonita Springs is a neighboring city to Naples. Bonita has it’s own city council and is in Lee County whereas Naples is in Collier County. Estero is a more of a town in Lee County, it’s actual name is “The Village of Estero”, it too is completely separate with its own Mayor and governing body. I hope this helps!
@@Team239naplesfl it helps somewhat but I thought all suburbs have their own governing body?
Outside of a small area of Fifth and Third in Naples, the entire area is really suburbs. There are no office towers that you’ll see in any city as much as there are office parks. It’s hard to describe.
Way too much about school districts .
What interests you most about Naples vs. Bonita? (homes, communities, restaurants, something else?)
came down to Bonita Springs all the time back in the late 70s. Big talk at the bars were how many gators you poached. Vegetables fields everywhere. Lotta migrants. Backwoods Florida Man area.
Thanks for the share! There's a story about the street names in the downtown area. Pennsylvania, Michigan, New York, Kentucky... it was a lot different back then!
Totally different money and people...
Naples is much bigger and has more affluence. That said, Bonita has some $$$ too.
What's with the annoying out of focus shots !
🤷🏻♀️Hurricane Ian didn’t see a difference.
Sure didn’t. The recovery is going better than expected. Have you been here in person to see how the community has come together?
@@Team239naplesfl ppl are still living in their vehicles in the Estero Home Depot parking lot as well ppl still posting up every night behind the Cracker Barrel here in Naples 8 months after the hurricane. Unfortunately still soup kitchens spaced every half mile in Fort Myers beach. Fmb will be lucky if it’s rebuilt in the next 5 years.
Good info. Terrible editing. Out of focus sections are very annoying.
Noted!
Loud background music very annoying and unnecessary.
noted! We recorded a Naples vs Bonita Springs 2024 that's coming out soon. This time with no music ◡̈
Not even a question. Naples.
I totally agree.Naples is not as nice. Great video
@@islandsforme I was saying Naples is better than Bonita Spgs. At least It was when I lived there. I left in 2013 but that’s my native home and It truly was paradise
Two very different areas for sure. When was the last time you visited the area?
Have you been to the area?
@@Team239naplesfl well I am a Naples Florida native!!!! I did move away in 2016 though. Miss it so much!
Naples is overpriced and under-paid. Not to mention it’s geared towards the newlyweds and nearly dead’s. One foot in the sand and the other in the grave.
😂 Oh come on.. we have a lot of friends in between "newlywed and near dead". I did LOL though. Great comment!
As a 57 year old looking to move there in 5 years, I guess you’d classify me as “the nearly dead.”
@@jotham777 all the Best! I’ve been here for two bullseye cat 5 hurricanes. Im not sure my house can hold up with another one.
Where do white kids go to school? Unreal.
What do you mean?
rascist much? lol
In buildings, I gather.
LOL yes- in buildings!
haha!
why do you have "white" in brown on your "racial diversity" illustration?
Is the video out of focus on purpose?
