yes, it is hard to tell in video. I checked with an extra set of starter bolts and confirmed the front and back bolts are the same standard type thread. Will try to get better view/angle in videos when removing bolts. Thank you for the comment.
One thing about the n54, they get easier to work on the more you work on them. And you'll have to learn or you'll spend more $ paying for repairs then the car is worth 😢
Very true for both. Steady maintenance and couple big jobs here and there, N54 is very reliable. As long as its not making 1000hp. Thank you for the comment!
On the back bolt, do you go clock wise or counter clockwise?
The back bolt is the same as all other bolts, to remove is counter clockwise and to tighten is clockwise.
In the video it looked like u we’re going the opposite direction that’s why I asked
