      I also having same doubt
      My aim is to weight and Fat loss with muscle gain..
      I'm doing 1hr to 1hr 30min workouts and later 30min cardio in the morning. Trying to following your nonveg and veg diet plan.. but I don't see muscle growth...
      Could you share Link or do video if possible for morning time gym..
