Initially during my weight loss journey ( lost 10 kgs first, overall 20 kgs), i didn't included muscle training that was my mistake. Then i started muscle training with weight loss regime (lost 10 kgs).. It gave very good results and shape.. You are right, I still regret that I didn't include weight training during my first half of my weight loss
@@blue7671 i didn't had any urgency so went slow by eating normal and regular foods by reducing the calories by 100 to 200 deficit so it took me almost a year and a half for 20 kgs... First 10 kg dropped easily in a 5-6 and months and next 10 includes weight loss + muscle gain. Now muscle gain is a continuous by process for me by keeping my weight constant
