- How to change pressure on a ResMed AirSenese 10 CPAP machine. Initially, users might find the prescribed pressure uncomfortable. Adjusting the pressure can help users acclimate to the machine and use it more consistently. Some people may require different pressures when sleeping in different positions. For example, more pressure might be needed when sleeping on the back as opposed to the side.

Thank you so much. I have been getting so much air forced into my stomach that I wake up throwing up. I was about ready to trash the machine until I found this video.
It’s sad that Fitzsimmons Surgical Supply in Tinley Park, IL. is such trash, and more concerned about selling machines in volume than they are educating patients.
I appreciate this video. It is so much more informative than the supplier ever tried to be.
For years I thought I couldn’t turn it up. Wow. You saved me
THANK YOU! This was so helpful. My Pressure was set at 20 when I received my CPAP.
My doctor recommended 10. Thanks to your great & easy to follow video, I may actually get a good night's sleep tonight.
What? That is a lot of pressure compared to what your doctor prescribed for you. I am so sorry you experienced that. Someone was supposed to set the machine for you before you take it home unless you bought it from online without going through a DME. I AM GLAD YOU ARE ABLE TO LOWER IT DOWN NOW
Oh my thank you. Straight to the point and exactly what I've been looking for.
My doc NEVER did titration. Just put me on auto. When it goes to full pressure, I wake up and cannot stand it. Tonight I am going to follow your instructions!
Same with mine. It's blowing a gale at my nose
I can't sleep like that. I'd rather no machine at all
I have almost no pressure. I’m going to give this a try. Thank you!🎉
Excellent instructions!
Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for and needed!
Thank you for the expert information. I needed to increase my pressure because I gained weight and started to snore in my mask.
Up date. Increasing my pressure to 14 worked. It was on 10 it was not set right at the health store. I went from 27 episodes to 2 with 8 hours of sleep and no snoring.
Thank you for this!!! It's changed everything
If I change pressure settings, is that info sent back to the clinic with the nightly reports. Asking for a friend 😏
PROBABLY... but who cares 😑 lol
@@olicry8822 I kinda do as I'm still currently in the sleep study with my dr haha
This is your machine and it's your health, so do what's best for you. I had one doctor set mine at 12 and another doctor set it at 8, I changed it to 10 and that's what works for me. You don't need to keep paying for doctor's appointments just so they can change a number when you can tweak it at home yourself. SAY NO TO CPAP JAIL!!😂
Very helpful thank you
I loved it! Thank you!
Thank you so much
My husband is snoring with madk on do thanks. Will ti increase from 12 to 14
THANK YOUUUUUUU
Thank you
Thanks
Thank you ❤
Will doing this void the warranty or cause any issues with insurance?
I have no access to Settings. All I have is a My options window with fixed parameters. There is also a no parking sign on the top right. How can I bypass it ?
You have to hold the home and the button at the same time while it's on the settings top button. He says it right at the beginning of the video. Then the clinical comes up...and you go into it
Nice.😊
Mines not giving me the option to raise pressure for some reason
