I LOVE this workout! I feel like I worked every muscle and I love the cardio/weights mix! Never knew I could stretch so well in a chair! Felt great! 71 years old!

Would have loved to attend your California retreat but don't drive the freeways + I would skip the sightseeing, having been all around LA. Hope you all had fun. Hi Jenny! This is the perfect workout for me as I have issues with my shoulders, knees and lower back. I love that there are so many bicep exercises in this one and lots of side and back leg lifts. When you are doing squats, I may have to do more leg lifts due to severe arthitis in my knees, my doctor has warned against doing squats. The length is perfect! I will be rejoining your site. This one is on rotation until May!
