It's now November 2020, and Vivian put an hour-long video on youtube about a week ago, so she's still going strong in her early 80s. She's accompanied by someone else, so I don't know about Phil. They are a real musical and cultural treasure for many decades.

I watching the 2020 video, which I highly recommend, she refers to her "late husband, Phil". I guess that answers the question.
