Love KB going off on IG when lots of these skaters have to post to get incentive from companies. Sure it's oversaturated but you can just not look at it. Not everyone has cushy sponsors that dgaf if they put out anything for years (FA/supreme). Dude is cooked and spoiled.

This dude just complains all the time while having top sponsors about the state of skating while people who work hard make way less. I'd say he's unreasonably salty. I don't like the fakeness of IG skaters either, but they are just trying to market themselves and make a living is what I'm saying.

Everyone has a KB take, but from my perspective, it's not so much the skating stuff. A million ft. away from the youtube screen, it just seems like he needs someone or a group of people to try and help him find positive outcomes in what seems to be anxiety, stress, pressure. I'm not a professional, but it just seems like, in my opinion those things are prevalent in his life, and would make anyone's life difficult to get clips & stay sober....routing for KB, 100%

Nah lol I wouldn't want to be a pro skater its a generally low-paying, high-risk career that dries up around 30-35 leaving you with zero transferrable skills.
KB can do what he wants (he clearly is), but as a public figure, people are also entitled to point out that he is maybe the most unproductive pro after Chaz Ortiz.
Plus, I think this is the third podcast I've seen him on where he's explaining why he can't get any footage - he's kinda asking for it lmao. If he was just honest and said he preferred drinking or smoking with friends than skating, I actually think people would get off his case lol.

I hope when his mind clears up when he's older he's content that he has nothing to show for his prime years. It's not just him. There are a whole group of current pros who are just montage guys. Couple tricks in a montage every now and then and that's their career.
